You will not get your full order. To top it off do not order through Uber eats from this location because you will not get your money back for your missing food so you will pay extra for what should be convenient but at the end of it all you pay for food you never receive.

Drive thru personnel is absolute garbage. Ask for a pork tropichop… got chicken, ask for onions got corn! Spent $20 an trash!
Update 2 years later: The workers here still cannot read. They must be passing up on all the interviewees that can read. 8/10 orders are consistently incorrect. Today they added beans in my tropichop. No where in my order does it say beans. I genuinely hope you hire someone who can read one day.
I honestly think it is every Pollo Tropical's location's rule to make the orders incorrect. We ordered two tropichops and a kid's meal. Our food was cold. They didn't give us sauce. They gave me yellow rice instead of white rice. But the scariest part about this visit was they didn't put pork in the tropichop. Now the location is closed. I feel like reading should be a requirement to work here!

Our first time…. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich…. Chicken tasted like it had been under a heat lamp for a while. Cold and hard…. Not impressed at all.

I purchased half a chicken and when I got home this is what I received. Guys the chicken was not fully cooked. This is not a steak, it’s chicken, chicken is supposed to be fully cooked. I was not going to say anything, but I am sick and tired of them getting away with stuff like that. From their disrespectful employees to them not caring about the quality of the food that they are serving their customers. Check your food before driving away.

Went to pollo tropical to purchase a family meal at 10:54pm for dinner was told there is no food available and all staff members were cleaning up .very unpleasant for the company to be open until 12am. Pollo tropical is supposed to be convenient for late night family meals.

Most incompetent workers I have ever came across. Been going there for a couple months now and just seems to go down hill more and more. I order the most simplest item and every time you litterally have to empty the bag and ask for the rest of your order. Either order extra chicken, they forget it. Ask for sauces, to incompetent to put it in the bag. Common sense would be if you order rice and beans, I’m not gonna eat it with my hands. A fork etc. would be nice. Don’t waste your time here. Just go to chipotle right next store. Definitely won’t be sharing my business here ever again.

I have consistently been disappointed by the nightime drive through staff. Extremely rude, always missing items or being overcharged, terrible service they will sit there talking about you like you cant hear but wont say a word to you. Im missing a refund as well. The whole place is run poorly

It seems like half the time I buy through the drive thru I do not get all the items I pay for. There is always one or more items that I pay for that are missing. Today the missed two items from my order, the cilantro salad that’s over $10 and the yuca bites.
It’s not like I am going to drive back to the restaurant just to collect the missing food. But this location needs to do better, we all make mistakes, but better care needs to be taken to make sure the order is complete before giving it to the customer.
I do not want to holdup the line to unpack the bags just to ensure I got what I paid for. It would be nice if people ensure the food paid for is verified before packing them into the bags.
Also Pollo tropical is nothing without the sauces, the curry mustard sauces runs out all the time. Maybe increase the inventory on the sauces that run out.
I do have to say, the food I received was amazing, arguably the best I have eaten @ Pollo in over 20 years.

Every single time I come to any pollo tropical there is Something wrong with my order or something missing it never fails . I literally have a problem every single time I come here which sucks because I like the food but i can always expect an issue anytime I do want it. VERY frustrating.
