My colleagues and I typically visit this establishment for lunch at least twice a week; however, we will no longer patronize this venue. Last week, I ordered a grilled chicken wrap along with a grilled chicken sandwich meal. Unfortunately, my wrap contained a long strand of hair, rendering it inedible, although I retained it to present to management. Additionally, my colleague's order was entirely incorrect. The following day, I returned with the meals to demonstrate to the manager the issues we encountered, and while the assistant manager was professional and accommodating, the manager, Anna, was quite unpleasant. She frequently cast disapproving glances and communicated with her staff in Spanish, making it difficult for me to understand her remarks. Anna then interrupted the assistant manager's efforts, instructing him to provide only the wrap and sandwich, excluding the accompanying drink and fries, since my colleague had consumed her fries. I explained that due to the hair in my food and the incorrect sandwich, we deserved to receive both the wrap and the grilled chicken meal, as we were unable to enjoy our lunch. Had it been solely her decision, we would not have received any compensation; however, the assistant manager disregarded her instructions and remained apologetic. I requested to speak with the owner or general manager, and while my contact information was taken, I have yet to receive any follow-up. Anna exhibits a lack of professionalism and is very rude. Her behavior has led my colleagues and myself to decide against dining here in the future.

Today I had a very rewarding experience eating at this tropical chicken. It is regularly the one I visit to bring my daughter. Today since I entered the restaurant I noticed that it was very clean and tidy. As for the food, it was 100% delicious. My daughter suggested leaving a review because she loved food. I personally spoke with the manager Mónica, with her assistant Israel, to whom I let them know the good experience we had. I also had the pleasure of meeting the cook Elaine who was very grateful because we congratulated her for her good work. Keep up the good work, it's the first time I've had such a good experience in this location. 100 recommended.

This was my first time at this restaurant there are plenty of healthy options for you to choose from I got the grilled cilantro garlic chicken sandwich with extra sauce and sweet plantains it was actually delicious the chicken was juicy not dry bun was warm and soft the pickles were a nice compliment well done 5/5

It is the second time I order takeout and 3 things are missing. The problem is not the refund. The problem is that we ran out of food and it is not Dash Doors' fault. It is Pollo Tropical's fault, who prepares the orders.

I am beyond frustrated with how often this location runs out of food, especially since so many reviews have already pointed this out. This was my third visit, and once again, they were out of chicken! I gave them another chance because I was really craving it, but it was another letdown. They told me they had been out of chicken for an hour, and with closing at 11, it’s clear they were out for the rest of the night. How does this keep happening? I’m done with Pollo—I’ll be sticking with Chipotle from now on.

I tried ordering through Uber Eats. I had to call costumer service of Pollo Tropical and then they gave me the Uber Eats costumer service phone number to be able to cancel an order that this store accepted but they didn't had the items to fulfill in the first place. So they made us wait, made 3 drives go there and sent me messages asking me to cancel my order. And the store didn't even responded to Uber eats calls. Fortunately Uber Eats cancelled my order. But I am left with a really bad feeling about Pollo Tropical especially this location. They should not accept orders for items they don't even have available. They should not offer items in the Uber Eats app that they don't have in store. And they definitely should not tell the drivers this and use them as a means of communication with the costumer. Taking some responsibility instead would have been nice.
