I came to eat here and my husband and I had a great meal. It was delicious and the location was clean. I then left my purse at this location by accident. Oops! I called back 2 hours later and they saved my purse. I came to pick it up the day later and they had it saved for me in the back and everything inside was untouched. Thank you pollo and to the manager Juan Carlos for keeping my purse safe and for the great meal! So grateful.
Johanan was very sweet, my little brother has down syndrome and instead of looking at him differently he give him a cookie, offered him a drink, he spoke to him even though my brother doesn’t spoke nor understood. Johanan went over beyond and out of his way, which others may not think it was much but compared to how other people - especially teens look at and treat my brother, Johanan’s gesture was it was very sweet and heartwarming!
I loved my experience here at Pollo Tropical. I was attended perfectly by Johann ( Jo), a high school student. He asked my son about his school and listened attentively. He also got my order done quickly, and it was delicious. It felt like it was served with love( which it was). I will DEFINITELY be coming here again. Thanks a lot Jo, you made this visit very special and my son says he's never been treated like this by an associate before. I'm grateful beyond words 🤗
