I like coming to this restaurant because the chicken is always juicy, I really like the bananas to accompany it with the food. This place has changed a lot, always clean, the staff very friendly. Also there new administration Naite and Rosbiel very friendly.

Dry flavorless meat. Beans and corn I could tell came right out of a can. Reminded me of highschool cafeteria food. The BBQ sauce was kraft. I know. I had a bottle in my fridge and did my own comparison. Stale rolls, When I picked up my food from an online order I stood next to a large sign at the counter that said mobile pickup for 10 minutes while the staff looked at me like I was from Mars. When someone came over she seemed confused that I did not speak Spanish. I had to show her my order off my phone before they could figure out what to bring out. I could have gotten almost the same meals from Publix and it would not have cost half of what I paid. Will not be back to this location but that's okay. Seeing that it's next to two other busy chicken places I do not expect this location to last.

Everyone is very friendly and nice here plus the food IS INCREDIBLE!!! and priced nicely as well!! Good healthy and delicious Peruvian food, I moved down from PA I'm so thankful this exists, it literally is my favorite place to stop for a quick meal on the go that's not greasy trash, can not recommend enough!!!!

Is clean overall. French fries look like homefries, but dry. Grilled chicken is dryer too.

If I could give it zero stars I would but it’s not possible! This pollo tropical has changed a lot , the managers zero professional , they look like they just came to play around and they don’t even speak a single amount of English! Should be ashamed. And not even going to talk about the dirty dining room.
