Yummy food but occasional language barrier so check bags/order before leaving. Nice staff and generous with sauce. No key lime pie was disappointing…hope it comes back

Very disappointed , this place was very good before Covid , the prices are rise and the quality is poor . The portion is very small and the fried cassava was hard and dry! I give up with this restaurant!

I normally love Pollo tropical but this location they get everything 100% wrong 100% of the time I’ve never ever experienced such shitty service and missing food always either shut down or don’t operate because this is ridiculous. Have a better attitude when you serve people and just get the order right it’s not rocket science there’s a reason why you’re 3.5 stars out of five it’s not really that hard to do it right.

Erica the General Manager, Rosy, and Yaretzi provided truly exceptional service. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and greeted us with warm, genuine smiles throughout our visit. The food was absolutely delicious and tasted fresh and authentic. The restaurant itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a beautiful, inviting vibe. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the staff made the experience even better with their positivity and professionalism. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic food, great service, and an enjoyable dining experience.

Have been passing this place for two years and never knew what kind of fast food it was. I googled it and was surprised to learn that it has all the Cuba favorites. Stopped in to check it out and wasnt expecting much for Cuban Fast Food. Ordered the ropa vieja on top of a tostone and surprisingly it was very good and exceeded my expectations. The store makes you feel like a typical burger king or old mcdonalds and could use some upgrading to a dining room setting like a Culvers. Service was very prompt. Food Looks like it is prepared fresh behind the counter.

Better experience and quality of food since my last review. Would not recommend their Tostada as it was dry and rubbery. Could not even cut it to share and it eat.

Fast and fresh

Order 1/4 chicken and the meat was not fully cooked it was as if they rushed it off the grill. And the corn was scorched and my yuca was burnt so hard all I could taste and smell was a burnt scent . Waste of $15.90

Don't get me wrong. The food is good awesomely seasoned but God forbid they forget anything in your online order. Because if you have to call them, you have to go through an automated system. I ordered an original family mill and added in a Mac and cheese to it for $9. And did not get the Mac and cheese tried to call him back. But it goes to an automated system. Would you have to hassle with? And then you have to wait for them to text message. You they need a new system for orders. And they need to make sure they're checking their bags.

The first time I had Pollo tropical was on the island of St. Croix in the US Virgin Islands. It was one of my favorite “fast food” places to go. I like how it’s like real food done quickly rather than fast food.

The service is much quicker than it was on the island and the good thing is that it taste the same. My favorite thing to get is a large tropi-chop ball with white rice and pork and whatever veggies you want with black beans and it’s such a huge serving for such a great price. I always have enough leftover for another meal.

The servers behind the counter where super nice. My food was ready before I was done paying for my food, which was crazy. I was just overall very happy and I definitely will go back.
