Lady at the counter was rude and acted like she didn’t understand what we were saying. Why ask for the other lady to ask us what we need when she didn’t ask to begin with 😑.

They give you the portion for a toddler and the price is not equal to it at all. They didn’t even have fries ready and super difficult to place my order while being rushed.

horrible service. very long wait times in line to order when there is nobody in line. The person at the register is busy talking to other employees. The manager does not pay attention to what is going on at the front counter. They never have tea made. They always tell you that they are out of tea.. The receipts do not always have a loyalty member code on them when you purchase something. just overall bad employee experiences.i ordered the 1/4 chicken meal. i requested dark meat but got a half of a breast and something resembling a wing portion. Somebody needs to pay attention to what’s going on in a restaurant because this is not the only restaurant with decent food but horrible service.

Once they were busy so I let it go, the second time I allowed it to slide, but this third time, driving all the way home and it wasn’t even our order,, I needed to post. This location of Apollo Tropical is so conveniently located I tried to put up with the issues ( cold food, not up the typical PT standards ) but I won’t go there anymore. It’s now so worth the extra 20th drive to buy from the Cape Coral location, I’ll be doing that. Never an issue from that location and I’ll never have a quesadilla that wasn’t even heated ( dry grated cheese ) or get home to find a half a Chicken breast where I order a whole chicken. So disappointed.

Great food

Asked for 5 or 6 sauces and I drove home and discovered I didn’t even receive 1 single sauce.

I SPEND 30 DOLLARS ON DOORDASH FOR A LARHE TROPICHOP AND THIS IS THE AMOUNT OF CHICKEN I GET?? YOU DISGRACEFUL THIEVES!!! NOBODY SHOULD EAT AT THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN I FOR SURE NEVER WILL AGAIN!!!

I like coming to this restaurant because the chicken is always juicy, I really like the bananas to accompany it with the food. This place has changed a lot, always clean, the staff very friendly. Also there new administration Naite and Rosbiel very friendly.

Dry flavorless meat. Beans and corn I could tell came right out of a can. Reminded me of highschool cafeteria food. The BBQ sauce was kraft. I know. I had a bottle in my fridge and did my own comparison. Stale rolls, When I picked up my food from an online order I stood next to a large sign at the counter that said mobile pickup for 10 minutes while the staff looked at me like I was from Mars. When someone came over she seemed confused that I did not speak Spanish. I had to show her my order off my phone before they could figure out what to bring out. I could have gotten almost the same meals from Publix and it would not have cost half of what I paid. Will not be back to this location but that's okay. Seeing that it's next to two other busy chicken places I do not expect this location to last.
