The food was great. The customer service was trash/bad. The lady taking our order had an attitude. She didn't let us finish talking. Went to the window to get the food. She gave us something else. When we told her it was wrong, she got an attitude & gave us the correct one but gave us the condiments in our hands like pushing it into our hands. Everyone had a face with an attitude. You could tell they don't want to be there.

Workers were having a hard time. Kept sending orders with the wrong people. Spent about 40 minutes in the lobby waiting for my to go order

The tables are very dirty, apparently there is no staff to clean them.

i’m hispanic myself but there is almost only hispanics working here and these ones are very unsanitary half of the food they serve is never fresh after 7pm the food you get is literally what ever they have left definitely needs a whole entire new crew staff

Employees were obnoxious, on their phones, place was dirty, bathrooms gross, portions were small and the food was ass. Not to mention the dude who took my order today reeked so bad like cheap cologne I bout lost my appetite. Cmon Popeyes what are y’all doing at this location.

This is not how I remember Popeyes! The chicken was soggy, the red beans and rice didn't have much rice, the Mac n cheese tasted like it was old....it was just not worth spending $30, even with a coupon!

Food is off sometimes, but the African American lady that works at the front register is always very nice and polite.

I ordered from popeye's off of Fowler in fort. Myers, Florida, the food there is trash. Chicken tenders and chicken are extra small. It is cold and not seasoned. When I spoke to the staff member there, he stated that thats how tenders come chicken was also mini sized. I never received any of my condiments. Staff is only there to get a paycheck and does not satisfy their customers. I will never go to this location again.. Very poor business. This is only a drive thru service location now I see why.

I absolutely love Popeye's but this location is a joke. I ordered a chicken strip combo and a chicken sandwich. The strips were completely dried out, and they didn't include any sauce which I asked for in the order. It also tastes like I got spicy instead of regular, which I ordered. The order included a drink but no straw. The chicken sandwich at least was edible, although much smaller and dried out compared to every other Popeye's I've been to. Will definitely never order from here again. Absolutely terrible service.

Food is always good, I believe popeyes chicken sandwich is better than their Rivals (CFA) The service was slow, but that can be changed with good coaching, hiring and setting the way on how a business should be run.

I went to the store on Dec 15 2025 the inside was close it was a lady sitting inside in front of the window on her phone the inside should of been open cause the drive thru was very long while she sitting inside on her phone she could of open the inside that is very bad business
