I had the BLTA(BLT w/ avocado) and a milkshake, and it was all really good. The only thing I didn’t love was the white bread hoagie bun, HOWEVER, I feel like the bread in FL in general isn’t great, so I can’t really fault them for that. They were all very nice and personable.

I ordered my wife and I Turkey sandwiches last night on Uber Eats. Mine was fine. My wife’s sandwich had some kind of awful incredibly spicy sauce with green hot peppers on it that she didn’t order. Ruined her entire sandwich and couldn’t eat it. Uber Eats says it’s not refundable. Terrible experience.

My daughter and I eat here a good bit. We always enjoy our experience, food and atmosphere. Today i decided to order through Uber eats. Let's just say, Uber eats did NOT delivery such great service. There was food missing. Finding out that the driver decided to enjoy lunch on me i guess. I immediately called Pot Belly to reconcile the issue. They literally personally delivered our missing item even though it wasn't their fault! Not many restaurants will do that now a days. I may never order through Uber Eats again. However, this won't stop me from eating at Pot Belly! I cant say enough good things about my experiences with them! Hats off to you! Side note, food is did recieve...on point as always!

They treat their black customers so kind, they don’t stare at us as if we’re from out of space, and they are very welcoming, Thank you so much for making my experience and those I know a positive experience. I’m looking for more places like this Potbelly’s where I’m treated with such kindness and like a human just trying to eat. I’ve had unpleasant experiences at other places here in Fort Myers Fl that brought me to tears. This Potbelly’s is one of the few places I feel so comfortable going and eating. Thank you all again, it means so much to me and those I know that frequent this establishment.

We’ve been twice & really enjoy the toasted sandwiches. My husbands likes the Cubano & I like the ham & Swiss. There is a variety of sandwiches to choose from along with soups. Both times we’ve been in, the restaurant has been very clean & tidy.
I’ll be honest, my first experience at Potbelly didn’t go the way I hoped. However, managers Doug and Dallas went above and beyond to turn things around. They listened, addressed the issue right away, and made sure I left with a much better experience. It’s clear they really care about their customers, and because of their professionalism and kindness, I’ll definitely be coming back. Big thanks to them for making things right!
