No one ever answers the phone for ordering so you have to go into the shop. Price is a little exorbitant for the portions, but for the most part the food is good. I honestly would order from here a few times a week if they would answer the phone and take my order. Having to go to the restaurant and order my lunch takes so long that I never have time to eat because I wasted my lunch hour waiting on food. I work downtown, so travel time is not an issue. If they could correct the phone issue and improve the waiting time, this would be a decent little spot for Italian food downtown.

This place has the best lunch special downtown: 2 slices and a can of soda for $5. I've eaten here several times. Overall, I like it. But there are a few things I don't. First, they need to clean the tables better and more frequently. Next, they don't seem to mind when they have only a few cans of soda left. They didn't have anything I wanted in a can and the guy told me to get it from the fountain. The fountain mix was off on that flavor and the replacement I went back for. I told the guy but he was too busy talking on the phone to give a crap. I've had to yell to the back that they have a customer. The slices are never hot enough. It's like they don't really care if the business succeeds or not.

Simple review , delicious! Bacon , ricotta, garlic goodness . Also try the mushroom version. 6.37$ for 2 slices of fresh hot pizza and a can soda! Great lunch stop

They give you a huge salad to start when you order an entree, and very big portions. As we were eating our entrees they brought out ginormous garlic knots for us! It was all delicious!! I will definitely come back the next time I am in the area.
I have been to this place several times before and despite taking a bit longer than usual to get the food, it was always good, including service. Tonight, we had a rude awakening about this place. We waited over half an hour for a pizza pie which had very little topping. We were charged $1 for ketchup and $6 extra for half and half toppings. I questioned and was told that they don't serve pizza like that, but I only think I should been warned before about these extra charges. To top it all off, 20% tip was added to the bill and I had no choice, but to spend $60 for one pizza pie and a couple other items. I can assure you that we're never going back there again.

Was a little hesitant when my girlfriend and I walked in and you order at a counter. Don't let this deter you from eating here. Food was fantastic with great service. My girlfriend said the meatballs were great and I tried the Primafila pasta dish. Iwould go back and I would recommend you try it.

I've only gotten takeout from here, so I'm not sure what a dine in experience is like, but it's casual Italian. I have more experience with the pasta and chicken dishes than the pizza. You get a lot of food for the price which is why I like ordering from here. While they aren't a fancy thing to order, I love their mozzarella sticks. I typically order their chicken francese, chicken Parmesan, and chicken Marsala dishes which come with pasta. Each entree also comes with a side salad and garlic knots which are delicious. The food here is very good and will be your best bet for Italian food downtown. The quality of the food here is consistently good.
