Red Lobster

Food and service were great, but the atmosphere was lacking. The entire restaurant is in need of updating. The tables and booths have chipped paint. The decor looks like it hasn't been changed in a decade or longer. The lobster tank was filthy.

We had to wait longer than expected even though I had a reservation. After we ordered, it was about 15 to 20 minutes to get our appetizer. I felt it couldve been sooner. Then 4 of the 5 meals were brought our and the 5th was about 5 minutes later which was a pasta dish. I felt it should've been done first. We waited to eat so my food was now only warm. The server was on the ball. She took care of us and kept us informed. The kitchen must've been behind. All in all, it was a good, not great, experience.

Our server, Jody, was awesome as usually. She is friendly, efficient, and remembers what you enjoy ordering. We highly recommend Jody and your company is lucky to have her as an employee.

I did a solo birthday dinner and the service here was very friendly it made me feel special and checked on me. I did appreciate the friendly service and the food was delicious like always.

All I can say is OMG...AWESOME.. From the Matradee fella who was very friendly..attentive and courteous to Our Waitress Irene who was as good of a waitress as humanely possible. But the Food was SOOOOO Good..more like GREAT!!! I ordered the Monday special.. Maine Lobster Tail 🦞 😋 Shrimp 🍤 😋 Scampi with a Baked potato topped with butter..sour cream and Chives. Couldn't be better.. my seafood seemed so fresh..tender and big portioned.. best baked potato too. $19.99 WOW!!! My wife ordered a pound of the steamed crab legs that came with a whole plate of crispy potatoes that she couldn't stop saying how good they were besides her crab legs being awesome. We will definitely be going back again soon. I hope your restaurant continues to succeed. Great 5 star experience 😎

My experience was amazing, the food was delicious and we have great time, Rachell was our server and she was amazing, she was extremely nice and energetic, it was my birthday and she make me feel so special.
