I am deeply disappointed by my experience here tonight. It was my 18th wedding anniversary and my first time dining out in months due to severe anxiety/agoraphobia. Instead of a celebratory evening, I was met with a server who was incredibly unkind and impatient. After waiting 30 minutes for our food, she treated me with a level of hostility that left me in tears the moment I left. A little bit of grace goes a long way, and unfortunately, the service tonight was hurtful and unprofessional.(she was a bigger girl with blue eyeshadow who also worked the bar) * I also feel I should note that I was wearing my star of david necklace. Her antisemitism was very loud. * did you really just reply by mocking me without any apology or care?

Food has definitely been better. Not sure if I would make the drive anymore. Can find better places to go for a burger that are closer.

Good burgers nothing out of the ordinary. We had good service while here. The bottomless fries and rootbeer floats are the best!

We ordered hamburgers and they were fine. The only problem was that we ordered soda water with lime; they were all brown around the edges, and they charged us almost $4 for the soda water. Other than that, the experience was just okay.

Food and service were great. The bathrooms and menus could use a good cleaning though.

I loved the double tavern burguers from this place, reason why I come often with my family. However, as much as I like it, I won't be coming back. This place really needs to address the constant overcharging on the Yummy Deals (BYD). I’ve visited a few times, and every single time there has been some kind of overcharge. What should be a simple checkout process turns into a frustrating back‑and‑forth.
They repeatedly tell customers that they can swap the included drink for a “Dirty” one, but what actually happens is that you’re charged full price for the Dirty drink — and the soft drink that’s supposed to come with the deal never shows up. They mention a small upgrade fee, but that’s not true. The charge is always $4.99, which is the full price. And if you’re charging full price for the Dirty drink, then you should still be bringing the drink that comes with the deal.
This isn’t a one‑off mistake. It happens every single visit, and at this point it feels like a pattern rather than an oversight.

This place needs to stop overcharging for the Yummy Deals (BYD). I’ve been here five times, and every single visit has involved some form of overcharge. It’s always a hassle and a waste of time when it comes to paying the check.
They need to stop misleading customers into thinking they can substitute the drink for a “Dirty” one when getting the Yummy deal. You’ll end up being charged full price for the Dirty drink — and the soft drink that’s supposed to come with the deal never arrives. They may mention a small upgrade fee, but that’s simply not accurate. They all say the same thing, yet the charge is $4.99, which is the full price. And if you’re charging full price for the Dirty drink, then you need to bring the drink that actually comes with the deal.
See the attached check: even after they corrected the wrong prices, you can still see that the two “upgrade” drinks for our BYD were not upgrades at all — they were charged separately. And again, the sodas included with the deal were never brought.
You might think this is just a simple mistake, but it happens every single time. There’s definitely something shady going on.
Server was not well informed about the perks we had, but the assistant manager GABE was exceptional! He went above and beyond to fix things so that we would still have a good experience. Thank you, Gabe!

Being from out of country, my wife and I attend this restaurant whenever we're in the Fort Myers area. Last time we were there was in 2020 because of Covid and Hurricane Ian. A few weeks ago, we went for lunch.
The place is as I remember it. We went in for lunch were seated in very short order and our server a young woman who's name I unfortunately I can't remember attended to us promptly and courteously. We shared an appetizer of onion rings (Yum!) and we both had burgers as our mains. Our meals were presented promptly and were quite hot when served. Both were cooked the way we ordered. Having said that, I've never had to eat a hamburger with a knife and fork before. The portion size was generous but as a consequence of the amount of topping on my mushroom and swiss burger, it literally fell apart when I tried to pick it up. This is the reason for the four star rating of the food.
The taste of the burger was very good. My wife said her burger was very good and she had no problem with hers. The fries we had with the meal were quite good. Although there are free refills with certain side orders, we didn't partake as they'd have needed to roll me out of the place. Neither of us had any room for dessert.
The overall appearance and cleanliness of the restaurant was quite good, including the washrooms.
I can't recall the total of our bill but including gratuity, the cost was quite reasonable. The unfortunate thing for us is that the nearest Red Robin to us is a 2.5 hour drive and it requires crossing the Canada / U.S. border. With border restrictions what they are, unfortunately a quick road trip into New York state for a Red Robin fix is prohibitive. Having said that, we'll be back to any Red Robin the next opportunity we have.
