Amazing food...best ribs around! Service was fantastic!!!!

The waitresses are very pretty and they provide excellent service! The baby backs were perfect and the house barbecue sauce is awesome. Very good garlic toast and the baked beans are tops.

Ordered several racks of ribs for my family. Just looking online they looked really good, however, these ribs looked as if they came from an animal who may have had an eating disorder or something. They were hard dry and absolutely no seasoning and flavor at all. Then to top it off i also ordered a garden salad with ranch dressing. I got the dressing with NO salad. When I called to ask them about it the first associate yelled at me and put me on hold then the manager came to the phone and bluntly told me that there was nothing they could do for me even though I paid extra just for the salad. This has been by far the worst experience for us and I DO NOT recommend this restaurant or staff. We are highly disappointed even though we spent almost $130 on our food.

I had to wait about 23 minutes for my online order. I was pretty pissy about it but the only reason why I didnt leave mad is because of how the hostess took care of me tonight. I know the kitchen wasn’t her fault, but she communicated and gave me updates. I appreciated that and left content. She offered to bring it to my car. Such a sweet caring hostess! Service is great but kitchen has to get better. Give her my kudos! Food was still good.

The baby back ribs are always excellent, and the pulled pork sandwich is great. Brooke and Patrina make our experience at Rob City tops.

Food is always good. But the service was just a little slow. Only a couple of customers in seems like it could have been better. I had to ask for everything, silverware, napkins, and plates

Went in to place a to go order. I asked for three extra ranch dressings they told me that it was just over $4 for the ranch or I could buy a pint for $5. They were very nice and helpful. Food was amazing

Are go to every time we're in the mood for barbecue! Everyone loves their cheese fries. And they have an amazing pulled pork sandwich it's better if you ask for it on Texas toast in my opinion.

My sister, granddaughter and I got there at 2 pm we were told the order wasn't put in until 2:15 we didn't get our meal which was all appetizers not much we just wanted to share something between us. We got it at 2:48. We asked our waitress why our order wasn't ready yet and she said she would check on it. We didn't get napkins or Silverware for the Mac n cheese for the grand daughter. When the manager gave our food she said it hasn't been that long. We have seen others get full meals before us with better service. We will not come here again. The manager never apologized she said it was not that long. We never were asked for refills but the waitress did give us a napkin basket after our food was delivered. If it wasn't for the
grand daughter wanting to stay we would have left. The manager gave us an excuse that they had other big party tables all around in the dining area. But never tried to make it right. It was not about the food it was delicious! I don't care if it's full of people at 2:00 I've never had these issues before at Rib City. Every table should have the same priorities.

We walked in on a Saturday at around 1230-1. We stood in the foyer for more than ten minutes waiting to be sat at a table. The restaurant was deserted with maybe 1-2 tables sat. I asked my wife if she wanted to try somewhere else and as I pushed the door open to leave we were finally greeted. Server checked on the very few tables around us a few times and came by to ask us once if we needed anything while attempting a poor joke about how we should tip her.

I liked the food. Maybe I'll try To-Go but even then it took ten min to talk to an employee.

We used to be regulars here but this place went downhill. Way too much money for dried out ribs, a tiny brisket and undercooked green beans. $51 takeout for 2 and I could barely eat the food.
