This Rib City was exceptional tonite the chicken was large and juicy and the garlic toast was moist and buttery even the coleslaw was great! You won’t be disappointed at this location!

The food at the Rib City locations I go to is always amazing, but for some reason this time, my sandwich was much smaller than any time in the past and even as compared to the same sandwich I got at the location on McGregor two nights prior.

My wife and I were having dinner at the Rib City location off Daniels Parkway. While the food itself was good, we witnessed what appeared to be unfair treatment of a staff member. An older man was loudly and aggressively yelling at an employee, demanding that they return to the kitchen to get food for another table—even though those guests had already received their meals.

His tone was very unpleasant and demanding, and it drew the attention of multiple diners in the restaurant. The interaction felt inappropriate and uncomfortable to witness. The man appeared to possibly have been drinking, which made the situation even more concerning. Situations like this reflect poorly on the overall dining experience and how staff are supported on the floor.

My son and I called in a order for pick up.

When we arrived at the time that our order was supposed to be ready the hostess told us it was going to be ten more minutes because she lost our ticket. She was polite, but they didn’t do anything to compensate us for the wait.

The food quality was good, but not great. The ribs were a little over cooked, and the brisket wasn’t that tender or flavorful. Portion sizes were a little small for what we paid.

It wasn’t terrible, just a bit disappointing. Maybe it just wasn’t their best night. I’ll probably give them another chance sometime.

Usually eat in But yesterday was DATE DAY .. SOOOooo Had take out Ribs & shrimp - fries -Baked beans ..( which tasted like outta can of Van Camps pork & beans .. NO flavor .. Then beef brisket .. yummmm cole slaw - fries .. Will be back ❤️👍💯

Order the baby back ribs and there was nothing but bones and the sides for little tiny containers. Do you get little tiny containers when you eat there or is it just to go. Not impressed

Our first visit to a Rib City & we thought it was good. The ribs were super tender with just the right flavoring. The choices for sides was plentiful. I had Mac & cheese & applesauce. My husband had the cobette & baked potato. Prices were moderate, my combo was $19.99 & my husband’s full rack of ribs was $24.99.
The staff was very nice & friendly. The restaurant was very clean.

Rib City is a place where we can grab a quick weeknight dinner when we don't need fancy & expensive! We always get fast service with a variety of bbq dishes to choose from. The dining area is generally pretty clean with floors swept frequently between customers. My husband loves their 49 cent beer night too!

If you like Bland food, no seasoning… Then you have come to the right place. The food was nasty. I ordered a rib and pulled pork combo and it tasted a day old. I spoke with the manager and all she did was take $4 off which I don’t care but if going to pay $25 for a plate of food it has to be edible.
