bad service, I went yesterday with friends and the man that was working at night window has a bad service, He has to improve that, or maybe find another job.

Awesome customer service
Jerry, who assisted us with our orders is wonderful! I would come back just to chat with him! Not the usual rude or dismissive employee you would expect at a place like this. Jerry is friendly, patient, professional, and awesome (no I did not know him before going to Rita’s 3 days ago) and the product is great also! Highly recommend!
To expensive n not that good
Strawberry shortcake with no cake $14 dollars for 2 smalls. Ice cream was ok

Have been a long time resident of Fort Myers and have been stopping by Rita’s since I was a girl. All their flavors are delicious, my fave is the coconut crème
Such bad service… mind you a paying customer on free ice day and even left a tip because I felt bad but won’t be back! Wrong flavors and such a mess all over my car because they couldn’t wipe it before basically tossing it at us. Definitely went downhill

Great place to get gelottes! lots of ice options to choose from. In addition to having many ice cream options. The drive through window is very convenient. We will return.
