Delicious custard ice cream!

I gotten a harvest concrete recently and could not stop having diarrhea. I think whatever they put in it was expired

If I could give this a minus one I would. First of all the drive-thru is a nightmare and blocks the entrance from oncoming and outgoing traffic by the light. We waited online for almost 10 minutes for the one person to get done. We finally walked away because that same customer said they don't even have half of what they have on the board. And it was only 7:00 at night. By the time we drove away the same guest was still at the window. I don't even want to start on how dirty the place looked. Some employees weren't even in uniforms. Just an overall horrible experience. My suggestion try someplace else.
UPDATE we gave them another shot. They did pave the plaza so it looks good. But 1 custard machine wasn't working. And the other 1 only had vanilla. 1 girl working drive-thru AND walk up. Forget about it.

Rita(s), thank you. I finally found a great woman and your gelati locked it down! We pulled up and she was thinking about piña colada but it wasn't on the menu. She became indecisive: orange cream cream ice or strawberry. She couldn't decide. She wanted dat piña. Cars were pulling up from behind. The line was moving in front. It was time to make a decision and that's when I saw it. That natural pineapple, oh you sweet sweet natural pineapple. Boom I order natural pineapple and orange cream cream ice and I'M IN! Quick service with a good selection to choose from and tasty ice cream. They also have Italian ice!

I have been to several Italian ice places, and Rita’s has them all beat. On top of that we had the sweetest service, I wish I got her name, but I didn’t. She was so lovely!! I love Rita’s!! I’ll be back very soon!!

Was just there and ordered a large peanut butter mudslide?The girl at the window was very rude to me and uh, fill my cup halfway. I used to visit frequently, but I don't think I'll be back anymore

Rita's is always good, they have more flavors up north, but I'm grateful to have the opportunity to even have them down here!!

Great frozen treats and service with a smile. The wait is short. Don't let the long lines fool you; these ladies really move!

bad service, I went yesterday with friends and the man that was working at night window has a bad service, He has to improve that, or maybe find another job.

Jerry, who assisted us with our orders is wonderful! I would come back just to chat with him! Not the usual rude or dismissive employee you would expect at a place like this. Jerry is friendly, patient, professional, and awesome (no I did not know him before going to Rita’s 3 days ago) and the product is great also! Highly recommend!
