We stopped here for breakfast in January to find that the restaurant was not only closed but the equipment had been stripped out. The large TV set over the front breakfast bar was gone as was other equipment behind that front counter. No explanation. We are very sad as they had EXCELLENT food!

I ordered the Reuben sandwich with onion rings. The sandwich was plentiful and delicious and the onion rings...WOW! Best onion rings I’ve ever had! The sauce was delish also. Service was quick and courteous. If you find yourself downtown Fort Myers don’t miss out on this hidden gem

We walked to the Cafe this morning for breakfast. We were greeted immediately and a server was with us as soon as we sat down. We had had coffee already so we just got water, and the water tasted good. We both ordered the breakfast bowl with two scrambled eggs on top of sausage gravy-topped baby red potatoes. We didn’t wait very long for our food. It came out and was hot. The baby red potatoes were crunchy, possibly flash-fried. The sausage gravy was outstanding. We both loved our breakfasts! Service was excellent. Everyone wore masks and the restaurant was clean.

Just visited this restaurant for the second time and I am pleased to find that the quality of their food and the great service is intact - even after their temporary closure during the pandemic months. They are a great breakfast, brunch and lunch option for the downtown Fort Myers area. It is off the main road, so it is usually quieter than other restaurants around. The only thing is that they are not open on weekends, as they cater to the weekly workers nearby. I recommend this pace for sure!

Great cafe in Downtown Fort Myers. Good food and the red potatoes are a must try. They are crispy on the outside and super soft on the inside, truly a dream. They are opened from Monday through Friday for breakfast and lunch with an extensive menu featuring American dishes. I had the spinach, mushrooms and cheese omelette and it was delicious. They also had a promotion going on for eggs, bacon, pancakes and bread and that's what we got for the kids. We also ordered the bacon cheese fries as an appetizer and they were also good. Although we had a great experience and I would go back, I would not however, take the kids with us. Most of the audience are there because the restaurant is close to their job and they are there for a food break and peace of mind which rarely happens when there are little kids involved lol

Only had take out sandwiches so far. The employees are extremely nice, and the food was good but not amazing. Will try more in the future but I've only been able to do takeout because it smells like cleaning products, which is good that they clean, but it's too strong for me. Definitely clean restaurant! Only complaint is it smells like bleach/lemon cleaner really strong.

I must admit I am perplexed by all of the 5 Star ratings. My companion and I stopped for breakfast this morning. We were greeted and seated immediately and served good coffee. My companion ordered the French Toast with Fresh Fruit and I ordered the Garden Omelette (without cheese) and fresh fruit. Her French toast was 2 thin slices....similar to store-bought sliced bread. The fresh fruit consisted of a few pieces of pineapple and strawberries. My omelette was just ok....not many veggies as I'd hoped. Service was good. It was an ok breakfast but I felt overpriced for portions and quality.

You know, I have eaten here multiple times and everything is good. However, when it's stll good the next day, we have a winner. New favorite hangout for me and my mom! Some loaded cheese fries and a section of steak quesadilla for breakfast, delicious!
