I live in Chicago and looked up pizza near me. Was glad to see a Rosati‘s store in the neighborhood. Ordered a pizza online, said it would be ready in 30 minutes. Got to the store 45 minutes later my pizza came out. Not my order with the items that I ordered on it. Tried calling back four times no answer. Very disappointing! Go to Naples The pizzeria there is run very well.

I came in asking to purchase a slice at 6 PM. The cheerful man at the counter said they stop serving by the slice at 3pm. When I shared that I needed something fast because I had foolishly taken a medicine on an empty stomach and was feeling poorly, he offered to heat me up a slice on the house. His kindness was unexpected. Also, he was welcoming to the many people that came in while I waited. 10 stars! Let’s support great businesses like this one.

Worst Calzones ever!! Crust was too thick and tasteless. One had all the pepperoni at one end. Both had way too much hot onion. Thank God we asked for extra sauce!! Crust was so thick it was gummy on the inside.

If you’ve been to other Rosati’s locations you will be disappointed by going to the Daniels Rd location. They skimp on sauce and all their ingredients and their sauce is not like other locations, it lacks the true Rosati’s taste. Being from Chicago and also now living in Estero, I will never return to this Daniels Rd in Fort Myers store. The staff also were not friendly like other locations.

Ordered pizzas from Rosottis for like eight or 10 years had a few bad pizzas sometimes they took care of it. Sometimes they did. It depends on who’s making the pizzas today. I got the worst pizza I ever had doughy thick crust undercooked no pepperoni on it no pineapples I should say very little. I think I’m switching to uncle Rico‘s only problem are closed on Sunday. I’ll start eating pizza on Saturdays.

I ordered a special from Uber eats and added pepperoni. I was charged double because of the special. But no pepperoni on either pizza. Why?

Always fantastic pizza with quality ingredients. Super consistent. Rated atmosphere high, but really more of a carry out.

Worst customer service possible.

I placed an order for two pizzas and drove 25 minutes to pick them up. When I arrived, I was told there had been a ticket printing issue and my order was never assigned to the kitchen. The assistant manager, Samual, gave me only two options: a refund of $59 or wait another 25 minutes for them to make the pizzas.

There was zero compassion, no apology that felt genuine, no offer of compensation, and his attitude was flat-out rude. It was clear he didn’t care. This shows a complete lack of training in management and customer service.

I will never go back to any Rosati’s. If this is how they treat customers, it makes you wonder where else they’re cutting corners. There are plenty of pizza places that offer better value and want to earn business. Not just try to get by on a name.

Rosatis isn't one of my faves' not even in the chicago area. Good luck to you...if you try them...the quality and authenticity needs work, and I wish they'd invest into these important features...

I went in for lunch, I saw on here that they had individual slices for sale. I got two slices, one pepperoni and one cheese, with a Dr. Pepper. I paid $11 and change for the slices and soda which I think is reasonably priced. However, the pizza was not good, but it looked very good! Upon lifting the pizza it was super hard crust keeping it straight, honestly it reminded me of the pizza served in school. Like a cardboard crust, I would take pizza from any major chain, or Costco, or Sam’s, before this pizza. The service was good. The place is little, I believe only two or three tables to eat in. I am hoping that whole pizzas are better and fresh dough.

Ordered 14 inch double dough with DOUBLE sausage, well done. 28.75... I don't mind the cost, I'll pay whatever to get what I want. But double sausage should be sausage in every bite, not every 3rd bite. Ruins the experience. Chicago is sausage and sausage is Chicago. See photo... There are 2-3 FULL INCHES between sausage in areas of the pizza. This Is NOT double sausage. Employee looked me dead in the eye and claimed it was double sausage. He KNOWS that I know better, having a Rosati's background. No offer to fix it. This will be the next bankrupt & defunct Rosati's in Lee County, just like the former Bonita Springs & Jamaica Bay locations. At least there are a few in Naples try. *****NOTE: 3rd photo is NOT from this Rosati's, but is how double sausage SHOULD be...

Pizza was run of the mill. More cheese than toppings. Canolis were tasty but they are advertised as rolled in pistachio and they are not. Which is what I wanted them for.
