Went here for salad bar . Very very disappointed hardly any lettuce no broccoli salad . I did tell someone. I didn’t see anyone refilling it until I was ready to go. When I pay 12.99 for salad i expect there to be dome! Will never go back.

Ordered a catered "box-lunch" for the work place through a third party catering site (EZ CATERING). It was disappointing to say to the least. Caesar salad wraps (expected to be with chicken) - small and not very full at all, tortilla chips and a cookie. Tortilla chips sent without anything to dip them in and were very stale tasting. Presentation was not great. Delivery was on time. Just not a great value for the price.

Server Mark professional and personable. My husband’s fish & chips good portion and excellent. My chicken tenders under cooked (i prefer all meat well done). Mark apologized and offered numerous substitutions! Manager also came out apologizing and said chicken meal also taken off! I thought with substitution meal still charged, wasn’t expecting no charge!! AMAZING customer service and great waiter!! Worst steak i have EVER had. Good thing i had salad bar. Me and my wife were hungry after a long day of not eating. Saw add about Rib eye. I was eating my salad when my wife who only ate the potato and 1/3 of the rib eye said it was tough. So i cut into (no tried to) cut into my rib eye and could not eat it.It was tough and chewy.We also got baked potatoes that were a nice size but barely warm. We both left our steaks. Oh yes we did not get the mgr. (My wifes request!) So I paid $16 for a salad and baked Potatoe and my wife $10.99 for a baked Potato. Bet we will not go to another Ruby Tuesday again.

Eat here 2x a week.Always greeted by a beautiful and friendly hostess with auburn red hair. When my friends and I go to the bar area the friendly bar tender Nate always knows what we drink and what our favorite meal are.Customer service is out of this world just like the quality of the food. Love the Ruby Rewards and daily specials.Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free Salmon is the best on the menu!
