Thank you for all the honest reviews, Redfin just sent me a listing for a townhouse in Sail Harbour. It seemed like a great deal and I automatically went to reviews. This place sounds like a nightmare, I had to rate it so I chose one star so I can thank you to you guys for the heads up. What a shame:-(

I have lived here since 2007 and owned since 2016. Biggest mistake of my life. I can’t get receipts for repairs to send homeowners insurance. The gate never works. Never!!! They pay ONE gate guard for FIVE DAY shifts from 7am to 3pm. Major crime hours. Make that make sense. Their main concern is if your garage door is open. Stay away!! Beware!!

After Hurricane Ian, things were rough. Sail Harbour is recovering nicely. New trees and flowers. All homes painted. Pool remains sparkling with regular Maintenance. I love it here.

I love living in Sail Harbour. Its clean, has spacious townhouses, very tight gated security, quiet and well maintained.

Friendly community. Love walking the neighborhood. Strict gate, if your not on the list you are not getting in. Easy app to add your guests. Don't park on the grass, or on the street overnight, don't leave your garbage cans out.. there are steep fines. Love the huge condo, very large rooms, and beautiful lake views. Decent size secured pool, with clean restrooms.
Friendly, quite and safe community, located within a short drive (10-20 mins) to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva and Spring training for Boston Red Sox, and Minnesota Twins!

Usually I don't mind living around old people, but these ones are a different breed. They have absolutely nothing to do with their time besides terrorise everyone lives here. It's like they feel everyone owes them something. Awful HOA and an even worse gate system I'd give 0 stars if I could.
