The worker there got physical with me after she locked us in and got mad when people needed to leave. I asked her if I could grab my purse out of my car and she got an attitude with me. I told her I didn’t need the attitude and she started to curse me out. I took my phone out to record her and asked her for her bosses number. When she saw I was recording she tried snatching the phone from my hands really rough. I told her not to touch me while trying to get my phone away from her. She proceeded to lunge at me trying to get my phone and she scratched my arm. I had to get police involved but because she acted a victim and told them she is 65 - they told me pressing charges isn’t smart as I could become a 3rd degree felon for battery assault on a senior citizen. I decided to file a report and move forward with my lawyer. She had her daughter come out and follow my fiance and I, taking pictures of us and not letting me talk to the cops in private. Do not come here as they give false information and from what I’ve seen on other reviews, their workers are very rude.

Horrible service! I google laundry mats and it stated clearly that they close at 9pm and last wash is at 8pm. I walk in at 7:20pm with literally 1 load of laundry and they lady went off saying they close at 7pm. I said the website says 9pm and last load at 8pm and she told me it absolutely does not and they open up at 7am. I said okay fine I'll goe somewhere else then and go to leave and she blocks the door telling me no just stay now that you are in and I said no thank you I'm leaving and she continues to insist that I stay now. I repeatedly said no, no thank you I'm leaving and she finally let's me out the door before I pushed my way out. I put the laundry back in my truck and immediately pull up the website to make sure I was not wrong and it CLEARLY STATES 9PM, LAST WASH AT 8PM. Very rude and also dishonest.

My go too hardwarexstore I try to stay away from the large stores they just have no personality or staff to help you. Me, I'm all for small business, and this Ace is my place . Love the staff, and they will bend backward to help you figure out what you need. trymust me they are the best. I've been my go-to since they opened in Estero. I used to use the Bonita store now. It's San Carlos. I live in Estero .
