The young lady at cash register Juliana and the gentlemen Michael, Rodney and yonel…preparing the slices are awesome! They are so friendly and courteous, I love the service and the slices are delicious. The facility was very clean as well!

The pizzas are great! They look and taste amazing, the doing is light and the toppings and flavorful. The people working here are super nice and friendly. I would totally come and get pizza from here again without hesitation! Would recommend!!!

I went to get food from sbarro's and they had no pizza or anything left. The staff was throwing out what little they did have. This was at about 5:30 in the afternoon 2 1/2 hours before they (supposedly) close at 8, and this is not the first time. This is how it's been several times I've gone to this location. Not worth wasting my time again.

The place is filthy, The General Manager called Michael messes with all the women he sees is not professional with clients and when I was drinking soda I saw a cockroach, the place is full of cockroaches. That place must be closed by mice and cockroaches.

I definitely agree with everyone else super rude customer service especially the lady that was on register the hevy one. I think she was the manager she was coughing all over the place no mask then she walks straight back to the kitchen non of them are using masks
Stopped in today for a quick piece of pizza with the family. Pizza was good. My daughter ordered spaghetti and the spot where they keep pasta, meatballs sauce etc.. is open. Just covered by the glass counter which is about 2ft above. Completely open all around it- no lid. Disgusting. Counter and glass covered in food residue and fingerprints. Walk into the dining area and all garbage cans are over flowing and although only 2 tables were occupied every single table was dirty. No clean place to sit and eat. Never again.

This place SUCKS and when I mean suck I mean they SUCK!! The place is always empty but yet it takes an hour every damn time for 1 pizza. The manager is so big and lazy she don't do nothing but standing there running her mouth. I'm here now and have been waiting for over and hour!! Only 2 people in this establishment are working. Correction make that 1 hour in a half they made the wrong pizza that the manager could give a s*** less about!!

Walked in today at the mall location and the employee gave me attitude because she didn’t want to make a whole pizza for me to take home. Her reason was “we’re closing soon” so. It’s 445 and you close at 7... she had all the hot items put away and she was sitting on her laptop. I’m sorry. Lol. Is it to much to ask someone to do the job they get paid for? The food on display was old and dried out. Most disappointing experience I’ve ever had with a NY pizza place.

The woman working was EXTREMELY rude to the customers and overall had a terrible attitude. Like I get it's a Monday, but come on man. Other customers were in shock with how she acted, myself Included. I won't be returning if she's the one working.

Went there today and will NEVER go back. THE WORST customer service ever. I bought a pizza and they never gave it to me so I went to the register and asked them where my food was lol tell me why these people put my pizza on there line to sale to someone else?? A pizza I paid for they was gonna sale to other people and just keep my money. I asked for a to go box for my pizza and the lady was super rude asking why I need a box well obviously for the pizza I just bought smh.
