The drinks are consistently poorly made, lacking both quality and attention to detail. The girl preparing them seems disinterested in her work, which reflects in the final product. It’s clear that customer satisfaction isn’t a priority, making the overall experience disappointing. Please go to Starbucks and get your drinks there.

I ordered a shot of “espresso”, it was gross and not espresso. I presume they use regular ground coffee to make their “espresso”. Probably best to stick to canned/bottled drinks. The employee was nice and quick. As for atmosphere, not much to elaborate on considering it’s located in a hospital atrium. I suppose convenient if you’re in a rush. I’ll stick to my Nespresso pods and machine since this coffee is no good and over priced.

Absolutely ridiculous! Healthpark lobby. It’s 6:23 pm they close at 8 pm. There were several of us looking for some overpriced mediocre coffee and the sign says “ closed for an hour for restocking and cleaning “ omg for real??? You lost business because of this ridiculous move at dinner time…. Poorly run

This is a great coffee shop in the Healthpark Medical Center lobby. They have a large assortment of drinks and food items to choose from. This little kiosk size store surprisingly has everything you would need or want in a shop. The service is very fast the employees are also customer service driven.

The shop likes to close early. When asking employees ( girl with orange hair) if they are closed the response is.....um yeah kinda.Okay it's only 1953...you close at 8. Got it. Why can't we have chocolates back?
This place is great with exception of the employee that works usually on the night shift. Listening to her cuss and slam things around over a drink and be rude on a daily basis is really infuriating. You are in a hospital where people have real problems going through God knows what. I came down to get a minute to myself because my baby and I have been here for over 2 weeks. And I get to spend those 5 minutes listening to her nasty attitude. I love the drinks here but be careful who you hire. We have enough going on to deal with that. This is a daily thing with her. She can’t handle more than one customer and gets upset because she has to work im assuming.

Generally, the service is really good at this location. However, this afternoon at 4:30 it was a painful experience. There were multiple people waiting to get their drinks, but there was no apparent urgency from the person behind the counter. I ordered a simple drink which was prepared but then set aside for 5 minutes instead of giving it to me. Maybe it's a cry for help. Maybe it's poor service. Either way it's not good, especially in a health care environment where people are in a hurry.
