UPDATE: They responded to my previous post to try to show everyone that they care about customer service by saying reach out to them via their website and they'll look into it. That's total bullshit. I reached out to them once again, which was the third time now and they do NOTHING. They don't even reply, per usual. My fiance was just in the hospital again this past week but I refused to get anything at the scooters inside the hospital that he was in, just out of pure principal because they don't deserve my money ever again. This is is WORST excuse for a business I have ever seen. Look at the low 3.4 star rating. That says it all. They don't care at all about loyal repeat customers. They only want new customers that don't know how bad they are yet, so they can get their initial money. Go to Starbucks instead, people. Here's my original post... I love their sugar free Carmelicious' but when I was there 2 weeks ago, the heavyset employee made my drinks very runny like water. No whipped cream or chocolate drizzle on the top either like you usually made them before. I told the other employee about it but she said it's because she made all 3 at once. Wouldn't that make them thicker than and not thinner in consistency? So I wrote the company twice and told them about the situation and they never even responded. Apparently this company, like many others these days, doesn't care about the customer's experience enough to do anything about it. Nobody cares about anything these days. No integrity!

It is 7.30pm and there is nobody serving at the counter. They are supposed to closed at 8pm. This is ridiculous
Another night, and they leave a note saying they are restocking and coming back at 7.45... they closed at 8pm, it is really an inconvenient when those that need coffee can't get it. Please, your products are amazing, but the service ruins it all!!!

Stay away!!! Worst Scooters experience. Two girls working 6/23 were so rude. I couldn't see names because they weren't wearing proper name tags. Never even acknowledged us as we were saying thank you. My coffee tasted burnt also. 8 people just visited for over $60 in purchases and you won't have to worry about us coming back. Corporate if you would like to contact me back with the message I already left on your answering machine at corporate headquarters that would be great. I could give you my info so you can see how much of a loyal customer you are losing. This is also the exact reason I leave my cash tip in my pocket because of servers like this. I'll tip at the end of service deserves it and they didn't get another penny out of me because of their negative attitudes. You could barely hear them, they never even smiled at anyone.
Customer behind us gave them the creamer container that was sitting out with the condiments for Scooters customers and told them they needed to clean it because it was nasty and had them put cream in his cup from behind the counter and they never wiped the container off after he left.
I'll stick to Dutch Bros and 7 Brew.

I have gone twice at 7:45 pm and to have them tell me I can’t do anything that has to be blended because I have already cleaned the blender. This is what Jordan told me . March 5, 2025 7:45 pm

We had a great experience at Scooter’s Coffee! The coffee was absolutely delicious- smooth, rich, and perfectly made. The staff was friendly and quick in preparing our drinks. We’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend! ☕✨

There is no experience. You google coffee. It gives you directions to the place inside the hospital. You walk in and the unpleasant male behind the desk doesn’t allow you to get coffee. You have to work there or be on your death bed to get coffee.. pretty sad. I guess I didn’t read that it’s not open to the public. Sucks

While the coffee is good SOMETIMES, I don't think it's worth it. It's overpriced and can get better coffee anywhere else.
Turning off everything 15 minutes before closing and basically forgetting the Night Crew and people heading out the hospital, it's just not right. I understand they want to leave on time and taking orders at that time it's inconvenient, but the business says it's open until 8:00 pm, not 7:45. This is a regular thing with them. And it looks like it will never be fixed.

Horrible. The white female, medium build brunette serving 08/10/24 around 7:30pm has completely unprofessional and rude disposition. Her unpleasantness should be evaluated with termination. This female should not be representing your company. Asking her simply if coffee was available because it was close to closing, she responded in a condescending manner. A negative experience.

I drove my stepfather to the millennium physicians group building and let him out. Then I looked for the closest restaurant and noticed there is a Subway and a scooter's coffee in the hospital next door so I walked over there the security guard said can I help you and I said yeah I'm going over to scooters to get a coffee and a muffin and he started shaking his head an appointment for me to get out. I called scooter's coffee directly once I exited the hospital and I said are you not open to the public? She said only if you have business here. I will go out of my way if this is ever the most convenient thing and I am visiting someone in the hospital I will go out of my way never to go to this coffee shop.
