We were very confused by the service, restaurant and atmosphere. Had food and mimosas….not much to say beyond it just wasn’t very good at all. They were out of a few things we tried to order including sweet potato fries. We just walked by it again at 6:30 pm and it was closed up for the day already.

Once upon a time, this place was great but not anymore. Menu has been really dumbed down as has the food quality. It was the most expensive hamburger I have ever purchased and also among the worst I ever tasted - no flavor. I'm surprised Shula's retained it's name on this place; it certainly no longer measures up to Shula's former quality. Avoid!

Saw a lot of terrible reviews. I don’t doubt them. Although we had a great experience. Excellent service by Rocky behind the bar who is the man and also the steak wrap was legitimately 11/10. Delicious sweet potato fries and my girlfriend’s Cobb Salad was solid too. For airport food, we were overly impressed. Don’t let the negatives scare you off although I will say it may be better to go when not busy like us

No one took my order I sat at bar for 10 minutes. I went to order to go. They did it want to work they asked me to sit at bar and wait. They have atrocious staff. Very lazy. Very disappointed

It’s like all right I get it. You’re an airport. It’s gonna be way too expensive, but beyond that this place sucks they had half of their menu out of stock or unavailable. Their online ordering system is very bad service was not good almost every drink I ordered they told me they couldn’t make because they were missing something.

I walked in at 7:15pm on a Sunday evening to have dinner and the girl at the bar said the kitchen just closed. 7:15 in the evening with the airport full of travelers. Are you kidding me?

All “0”! Told tomato wherever. Out of half the stuff we wanted , waited over 30+ min for a burger and chicken sandwich, was about to leave when it came!! Terrible and all in cost $50! This was no where near $50 meal!! Used to be nice place but horrible now! Waitress had no interest at all in us! Never again!!

fries were cold, burger was dry, mimosa was good. next time I’ll grab a sub from Quiznos or try the burger at Nathan‘s

Waited 10 to be acknowledged, while making eye contact with the servers. Then waited almost 30 mins for a single take out burger, while I sat in the restaurant. Eventuality, I asked what was taking so long and it turned out the burger had been ready the whole time.
Food was very average. Save your money!

Worst chicken sandwich ever. Tasted like it was boiled. Tough and rubbery. I had a side salad and as the phone app menu did not ask me what dressing I wanted, the server bring food out from the kitchen brought me two packets of dressing. Ranch and tartar sauce. Yes. Tartar sauce. I ate the salad sans dressing.

Shadae was such a great bartender. Attentive, thoughtful, and worked the whole floor during rush hour. Having worked in the service industry I know how hard that can be.
