The waitress (I believe it was Ashley) had a terrible attitude and didn't come to our table for the longest time. We noticed she was checking in on other customers, making us feel she was being racist. We were there for over an hour, and the only time she approached us was to bring out our orders. When we expressed our dissatisfaction with how we were treated, she responded with an attitude, saying, "Oh, sorry you felt that way." To make matters worse, the chicken wings were undercooked. We asked if they could fry them again, but they still came out the same. I definitely wouldn’t go there again.

Went in for a bowl of soup. The waitress knew that’s all I wanted, after 30 minutes of waiting I left. Apparently, if the waitress does not feel you’re spending enough money for a tip for her, she’s just going to ignore you. I mean it was just soup! Something already made and just had to take 30 seconds to pour it in a bowl. But other patrons were ordering more and probably would be giving her a bigger tip, so I got completely ignored for people that entered AFTER me. For THIRTY minutes, for just soup. I would caution everyone to stay away. They only have a 2.8 star rating for a reason. It was the waitress with the ugly mullet.

0.0 rating I work at RSW Airport And I was waiting to order something to eat while I was on my break. I stood for about 10 minutes. Several people looked at me did not acknowledge. I saw someone and I asked him if they could help me. And then one of the waitresses gave an attitude and told me that there was no seating when there was perfectly plenty. Even though my order was to go automatically gave me an attitude and which then I walked away. These are people that we all work together with on the day to day bases, and we see every day.Why would you have such an attitude when simply I'm just looking to get something to eat while On my break, you would think that they would have consideration or courtesy being the fact that we all work together if they treat somebody that works in the airport like this what do you think they would treat a normal customer day to day after all the rating is 2.8 the manager was right there and did not say or do anything help anyway I was a customer

Based on the majority of reviews, this restaurant is not recommended. I ordered a hamburger, and unfortunately, it was overcooked. The fries were not fresh, and the service was just average. I suggest dining elsewhere for a better experience.

Made the mistake of thinking "Oh! It's Shula's. It's going to be great!
Ordered the BBQ burger. It's the same processed patty at all the other restaurants at RSW. Ordered it without cheese. Guess what? First burger, cheese. 2nd time. They had just scraped it off and left cheese around the edge. Sent it back again. Reluctantly ate it. I'll be contacting Shula's (not this horrible imitation. The ACTUAL Shula's. I've eaten there and it was life-changing.)

What a horrible place. No hostess, waitstaff or anyone in the place. Sign said wait to be seated, but when someone showed up they said sit where you want. Then she started stocking glasses. Finally a kid showed up to inform us the waitress would be along shortly. He asked if I wanted something to drink. They had neither of the drafts I asked for. I also asked for a glass of ice and a glass of water. I got neither, so I got up and left and the kid was like, see ya, wouldnt wanna be ya. Whatever, 3 thumbs down.

Don’t be bamboozled as we were. From the outside it seems like a nice restaurant, however the food is over cooked and way over priced. I had the mahi mahi sandwich and my bread had more moisture than the fish. My husband had shrimp which appeared to be from the freezer. We both had fries that were so hard we probably couldn’t take them through TSA because they could be used as a weapon, all while tasting like old frying oil. Definitely DO NOT recommend this place if you enjoy food with good taste.

You order from scanning a code, they don't check on you (ask if you need anything else or how every thing is tasting etc) and we were the only one's in the "restaurant"... it's a DISGRACE that they carry the Shula's name!

The food and service was excellent. Pricy, but it is to be expected at the airport. Our server was friendly and kind. Great burgers, fabulous fries.

Burger and fries were OK, nothing special but better than the other options in this airport
The male staff bartender with a thick accent (possibly eastern European) had no knowledge on business etiquette and treats the customers as if he's doing them a favor. Very rude unskilled, and poorly trained in hospitality. When approaching the location, I asked if he had a menu since the sign outside only lists the food items but not the prices. Arrogantly he pointed to the outside sign while shouting that their menu is outside on a pole, you can't miss it. When I tried to place my order, he was asking me what I wanted while walking away from me. Once he placed my order, he just left my receipt sitting at their counter without taking my order to the kitchen. I had to signal a young lady working there to assist me with the order that I had just placed. Poor customer service. Would not recommend eating at this location. Management was made aware of the issue but seemed to just brush it off. Will try every effort to bring this to the attention of corporate, individuals with revenue and customer oriented mindset and not just people who are there only for their weekly paycheck.

Despite the 2.9 rating we decided to give it a try. Theserver was so rude we didn't even stay. The restaurant was practically empty but he couldn't be bothered to leave the bar where he was leaning and talking. He shouted at us to sit anywhere, then loudly chastised us for the table we chose. I would rather starve than be treated like that.
