The male staff bartender with a thick accent (possibly eastern European) had no knowledge on business etiquette and treats the customers as if he's doing them a favor. Very rude unskilled, and poorly trained in hospitality. When approaching the location, I asked if he had a menu since the sign outside only lists the food items but not the prices. Arrogantly he pointed to the outside sign while shouting that their menu is outside on a pole, you can't miss it. When I tried to place my order, he was asking me what I wanted while walking away from me. Once he placed my order, he just left my receipt sitting at their counter without taking my order to the kitchen. I had to signal a young lady working there to assist me with the order that I had just placed. Poor customer service. Would not recommend eating at this location. Management was made aware of the issue but seemed to just brush it off. Will try every effort to bring this to the attention of corporate, individuals with revenue and customer oriented mindset and not just people who are there only for their weekly paycheck.

Despite the 2.9 rating we decided to give it a try. Theserver was so rude we didn't even stay. The restaurant was practically empty but he couldn't be bothered to leave the bar where he was leaning and talking. He shouted at us to sit anywhere, then loudly chastised us for the table we chose. I would rather starve than be treated like that.

Service was appalling. I have never said boo to any staff in the 25+ years of dining. That's thousands of business and social meals. I can't think of a single time I had to ask for utensils 5 separate times. Or having the wait staff roll their eyes when I asked for a napkin. Avoid at all costs.

We arrived at 9:25am to have breakfast, when our server came at 9:35 she said there are no more breakfast after 9:30.Service very slow, servers not motivated kitchen even slower. It took 35 minutes then to receive a club sandwich and then still waiting for the fries. I had to stand up to grab the mayo, ketchup etc… to grab the bottles that were all packed on a chest located at the entrance of the kitchen, there were none on the tables and I didn’t want to wait any longer.We saw a couple people leaving after they were waiting too long and got tired of it.2 parties surprisingly received egg ? orders at 9:45 and 10 am, they probably ordered them way before 9:30.When we left at 10:30 we went to Starbucks to enjoy finally an egg sandwich and satisfy our breakfast craving.I hope RSW will offer other restaurants in the future, it is definitely missing…..

The servers have no idea that your waiting on their service my flight was delayed and I thought I have time slow as hell ordered beer about 15 mins later same with food and beer put on end of table to get attention of server and she kept walking right pass me if I could go lower than 1 I
