If you are looking for specialty wedding cakes, cup cakes, and cakes this is the place. I even got my dog some cupcakes.

I ordered a dozen of the strawberry mojito cupcakes from SmallCakes Fort Myers and they completely exceeded expectations! Everyone who enjoyed one gave them a 10/10!

My daughter purchased a birthday cake for $160 and they wrote the wrong name on it. I ordered a cake for $111 and told them to make it beautiful and it was the most boring looking cake I've ever seen in my life. As for her wedding cake, we requested a topper for the cake and they did not bring it. When I called them they said a wedding topper was not ordered, which I remember it was definitely ordered, they had written it down incorrectly. By the time it got to the venue we were unable to rush out and buy a topper, very disappointing. I called the company regarding the wedding topper and they said none was ordered. thanks, have a good day and hung up the phone. We spent hundreds of dollars for these 3 cakes and it was an awful experience. I definitely do not recommend this company for any special cakes. Very unprofessional workers. Please see comments for boring cake... Publix can do better than this for a lot less.

As for my daughter's wedding cake, it got to the venue with no cake topper. We specifically requested a cake topper when we ordered the cake, but the young person taking orders did not write it down correctly. They even texted my daughter and were confused on her cake and another cake that someone else had ordered. And my daughter told them what she wanted And after that calling them and letting them know that the cake topper wasn't there. They said one wasn't ordered, Thanks, Have a great day! After the hundreds of dollars we spent on these three cakes, we are definitely not supporting this business any longer. They definitely have a communication problem.

How nasty frosting tastes like some off brand Walmart stuff cakes dried out I will say I stopped 20 minutes before closing time
Turn around and go anywhere else for dessert

OH. MY. PAWS. My human got Oreo ice cream and let me have a tiny taste… and I’m still dreaming about it. It was cold, creamy, and had crunchy cookie chunks that made my tail do backflips! I tried giving the puppy eyes for more — didn’t work, but totally worth the try. Oreo flavor? Off-the-leash delicious!

Absolutely Loved It. Stopped By For A Little Pick Me Up For My Niece who had gotten out of the ER after being there most of the morning not feeling well. And got some little tasty treats for my fur babes 🐾🐾

I requested cupcakes for a GENDER REVEAL. That was the sole purpose of the cupcakes. My family flew into town from Arizona and Missouri for this gender reveal party. We had the whole thing set up and started to video tape… to find that there was NO GENDER FILLING in the cupcakes. It was the BIGGEST let down. It was also my son’s 1st birthday party and I asked for a smash cake with green filling for a Grinch theme. The cake came with NO filling again and was near frozen. My son couldn’t even smash into the cake. AGAIN the biggest let down. Keep in mind I’m also 5 months pregnant. My husband called to ask for a refund considering neither of their bakery goods were made for the purpose we asked. The owner called me back with a nasty voicemail saying that $50 (on a $148 order) is the most they will do. That the cakes were decorated. My husband called back explaining that we didn’t want cakes for the decoration… we wanted them for a GENDER REVEAL and a SMASH cake. The entire thing was humiliating with our family who paid for flights to come across country for this. The receptionist was insanely rude to my husband. This is the same receptionist who took the order and clearly messed it up. DO NOT GO HERE. I have the entire NON gender reveal and NON smash cake on videos. I plan to post these on other review sites that let me. I am emotional and pregnant and have literally spent my son’s first birthday crying over this AND went and cried after we didn’t get the gender and had to find out from my doctor. I wasn’t going to even leave a review, but since they value the extra $100 over their customers, I decided to.

We Ordered a carrot cake for my son’s 18th Birthday. We googled where to get it from because we are from NY. It was definitely risky not knowing how it would be but with the great reviews we figured we would just order it. We were pleasantly surprised! It was amazing! The quality and the taste were exceptional. I would tell anyone get a cake from Small cakes!! We will definitely be using them again when we come back to Florida.

Terrible customer service. Ordered mini cupcakes for my Boss’ birthday. The cupcakes were received in awful condition. See attached photo. The delivery driver kept apologizing to my boss when she delivered them. I called Small Cakes, they said they would only refund $5 because they didn’t know if the driver or my Boss damaged them. What?!?! It’s obvious from the picture it was Small Cakes’ issue. I paid $55 with delivery fee for awful looking cupcakes. Just shameful Small Cakes. Be better, do better.

I had ordered a custom Halloween/Birthday cake for my wife's party Saturday night. At her request, it was designed as a coffin with spider, web, and other Halloween designs along with a birthday inscription. What a work of art. It was the hit of the party and my wife admitted it was the best cake she had ever enjoyed. I'll admit it was a bit pricey, but we certainly got the quality paid for. Also, a very special "Thank You" to Anna who was most gracious on my arrival to ensure everything was perfect. Anna most definitely went "above and beyond" to have everything prepared and securely packaged for the trip, and I am very thankful for her attention to detail, smiling the entire time since Anna knew what a huge hit this cake was going to be. To be fair, my thanks to everyone involved as it clearly was a team effort. We will definitely be returning to Smallcakes and nowhere else. Great job everybody. I would give you all a 6 star rating if there was one available.
