I ask for a pretzel bun sandwich I got a cheese burger on plan hamburger bun !!! an it was gross! just slopped in the bun , server threw my at me an didn't even check it by repeating it to me an turned away an left so I trusted her to do her job but that didn't happen... so not good here!

Came in 8:30pm on 1-2-26. Order made incorrectly, didn't get drinks at the drive thru had to pull into a spot and knock on the employee door and ask for them. Food that we did get was overcooked or sitting for a long time and everything that was fried tasted of old burnt oill. In a nutshell don't waste your time or your money. Go elsewhere!!!!!!!!!! 30 bucks for crap.

It is ridiculous that a store cant make full order to give to customer this is so upsetting to deal with it, I have been waiting for an hour to get my order and the store didn't make all of it for door dash I will be filling a complaint with sonic corporate office this is ridiculous that I have to go this far for food

Don't door dash from here. They can't read, my girlfriend Ashley order for us and they sent half the order( kind of) and then half someone else's order. They have names written on them but I guess that doesn't help

Sonic Drive-in N. Ft Myers Fl. 5-13-25 Stopped by around 12 noon on a Tuesday. We decided to park and order from the giant Kiosk. I ordered the 5-piece Crispy Chicken Tenders Combo which came with Fries and a Soda. I also ordered a Soft Pretzel Twist to go with it. It was easy to order at the Kiosk, but I had to repeat parts of my order a couple times until they got it right. You can Pay for it right at the Kiosk, but my card would not work in there. My order came out fast and I paid for it as the delivery guy had a credit card machine with him. My Chicken Tenders were a tad overdone, the fries were crinkle cut and were good. There was nothing special about the Pretzel Twist, it was ok. All our food was hot and edible but once again nothing spectacular. I give this Sonic 3 out of 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐ Follow Me On FB For More Reviews & Fun.

I love their happy hour drink specials. Ot is all day long if you order through the app. Their smashburger is really good too.
