I arrived with a party of 4. Our party and another had issues with payment at the kiosk near the dine in tables. A gentleman who worked there was asked how would we know if our orders went through and his response was “you’ll know if the food comes out”. He refused to inquire further. When asked about the payment, which wasn’t requested for two of our party members at the kiosk, he said “it works 50-50”. After more questions about how we know if it worked or not or how we could pay and still receive our food, he repeated “if the food comes out, it went through. The gentleman was very short with all customers, put 0 effort in at all. He also appeared to be the only one working. I received my food however two of my party never got anything and were given no answer and eventually left. Also, why are the menu items in only Spanish?Last, I remember sonic as the place where jolly servers would roll out in roller skates and serve me with a smile. Our server that appeared to not want to speak to customers was wearing black alternative style pants with some sort of straps hanging off them. How the mighty have fallen.Also my burger was mediocre at best.I can’t in good conscience patronize your establishment again nor recommend it to anyone.

So today is 4/20/24 my family had a long day and my granddaughter wanted Sonic. Sure I want to try the blackout slush. “I’m we are not serving that anymore!” but you web page and the electronic monitors are showing the blackout!!! So I go to the web site yup you are still advertising it until May. I proceed to order other items and the female was pushy. “Anything else?” 4, 5, 6+ times. YES THERE IS I have to decide now what I want because your boss didn't order enough ingredients, or you’re to lazy to make it. I ordered a large Recharge and was sold and brought out a medium. Plus this place needs to be torn down, or rebuilt. What gives corporate or franchise fix you stuff!!!

Food is still okay. Check your order right away. If half your food is missing, it's tough to get it fixed. You' ll get yelled at if you walk in the place.

First time there loved it ,I went to the drive thru and pulled over in their park to eat, I had the kids chix I came from an all day hospital time doing my best,had not eaten all day knowing a whole meat would be too much, it was wonderfulParking: Right there and under a roof

Got a corn dog and it sucked,my husband got the chili dog coneys and he said there just okay.but there sweet tea was decafinated and waste money.
