Nice little club, very little (like the size of my bathroom) but music was good and dancing was fun on postage stamp dance floor

Bartender made me a delicious martini but bar back picked it up before I finished it. I stood up to dance and my drink was gone. Please be more conscientious of this in the future. I had to buy another $15 drink. Otherwise such a fun place to go.

Last night while celebrating New Year’s Eve with my significant other. While standing by the bar waiting for service the bartender wasn’t attentive and was trying to get her attention for some time to purchase a drink but she was busy dancing. Finally got her attention I ordered two Jack and Cokes that cost $18.00. My significant other paid with a card and didn’t tip her not because he wasn’t going to but because he was waiting until we were finished buying drinks. However, we tried to order a second round of drinks the bartender looked to be a mixed or light-skinned woman with braids who screamed at us and said you didn’t tip I’m not serving you. I said excuse me and she repeated herself and my significant other and I just left the establishment while she continued to carry on like a fool screaming they didn’t tip. (She’s bad for business)

What if someone had a long day that wasn’t so good and they only had $20.00 just to get one drink to let off some steam and nothing to tip, is this how she would behave not knowing the circumstances and situation the person was in?

Please make sure you tip at Space 39 or you will be denied service.

Tipping is morally right but still is optional and still has to be earned.

One of the coolest Niches I’ve seen in Southwest Florida. Had to walk down the alley between buildings to get there, it’s kind of tucked away, but there’s a whole court yard being the pizza place. All the other buildings are pretty plain and square and then this literal “hole in the wall” has this fancy arched entrance like you’re going into a sultan’s palace. Gotta keep going back to try different martinis. Their take on the espresso martini is creamy, like getting a frappe at a fancy coffee shop or something, they have a banana bread one that’s too sweet for me, but my date loved it. Next time I’m gonna try the key lime pie one I think, or maybe the coconut? The place itself was what made it so cool, there’s different couches and seating areas so it was easy to have a private conversation. Really interesting art too, not the typical beachy Florida stuff everyone else has. Unique spot for sure, definitely not the boring same old same old.
