Everything is nice, the view is nice, the atmosphere is nice, but there is only one thing missing. There was a lady working inside. I told her I wanted a coffee with milk, she told me it had lactose in it, she didn't offer me a choice. Normally, Starbucks should offer me an option of Almond milk or Old Milk, she didn't tell me that.

I had a great experience at Starbucks in Downtown Fort Myers! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. The staff was very friendly and efficient — my order was prepared quickly and perfectly. The coffee was fresh, and the place was clean and well-organized. I really appreciated the positive energy and great service. Definitely one of the best Starbucks locations I’ve visited!

I got a venti pink drink with extra strawberries and chocolate cold foam. It was almost 8 dollars. The first time they made it, they failed to call my name and the drink became weird and curdled and had zero strawberries in it. They remade it and it was 75% full and still forgot the strawberries. Just disappointing.

Why would they close so early while being downtown . After 6 and 7 pm is the busiest time. Stay open untill 9pm and make more money and make more sense
