I am a teacher and Aleena noticed that I am always there in the mornings so she recommended downloading the app to get rewards. People that notice small things like that are few and far between and the fact that she went out of her way to make that connection speaks volumes to her customer service.
We are in Starbucks currently and the Baristas are friendly and patient. They made sure that my drink was perfect and even made suggestions. I was looking to try something new since I always order the same flavored latte. The Barista made me a pistachio latte with oatmeal milk and pistachio foam that was absolutely delicious. Thank you!
Everything is nice, the view is nice, the atmosphere is nice, but there is only one thing missing. There was a lady working inside. I told her I wanted a coffee with milk, she told me it had lactose in it, she didn't offer me a choice. Normally, Starbucks should offer me an option of Almond milk or Old Milk, she didn't tell me that.
