For over $5 I think they could get it a little closer to full.

Terrible, the girl took the wrong order, they didn’t even have almond milk and she didn’t tell me then she was arguing and making this faces saying that the ice white chocolate mocha doesn’t come with coffee they make a cup full of milk and white chocolate, they made the coffee three times wrong I told the guy that was making the coffee that it was time for that girl to get off the phone so she can do her job the right way. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND DIRTY PLACE. Btw they should clean all the old coffees sitting there from people that didn’t get the chance to wait for their drinks and food.

I am done w bad service at Starbucks. Bad attitude at order and she forgot my loaf order. When I asked she went back and threw the display in a bag and gave it to me wo a word. It was dried out. My mocha tasted weird. Whoever is in charge should be fired.

I am an avid Starbucks customer at this location and Many Many others. This may be the worst of the hundred or so Starbucks I have been to. I het it, your at an airport so you are a captive audience but the effort feels minimal, the communication from employees to customers is just incorrect and they rarely have all their items in stock even when the ordering says they are in stock.

To elaborate, last time I was here I waited for 26 minutes for a brewed coffee (not even a specialty drink). When I asked they would tell me they were working on it. I finally had to leave without it as my plane was boarding.

Today I ordered coffee and two cranberry bliss bars. My coffee was ready and I asked the woman serving coffee if she could check on my food order, she said they are still working on it. I waited 11 minutes more and asked a different person behind the counter and she said “Oh yeah we are out of those”. She asked what else I would like and I asked of she could just credit them hack to my starbucks account. She went and got another person who told me because I ordered on the mobile app, I would need to call the help line from the mobile app. She was at least knowledgable and offered me an alternative which I did take.

It is just disappointing to wait 11-15 minutes after the order was ready to be told incorrect information. Thank you to the woman who helped make it right by offering alternatives.

My suggestion would hbe to avoid this place as the service is terrible, the coffee didn’t have the sweetener in it I ordered. I was able to fix that by verifying they made my coffee right, but I shouldn’t have to. The down side is, if you are in terminal D, it is the only Starbucks option and it is less than likely you will get what you need or want. It wasn’t like this 8 months ago, it used to be good with nice workers that were helpful and made their customers feel important and seemed to take pride in what they served. BUT in the last 4 months this one has gone WAY downhill.

Thanks so much to the girl at the counter for a complimentary cup of hot water to prepare an instant soup. Was very kind about it and much appreciate it.

Note: this is for the Starbucks which is across walkway from the bagel place and not for the location by the CNBC store--because for some reason, there needs to be 2 Starbucks 100 feet from each other. Great service and friendly staff. My matcha frap was made to perfection. Since matcha is relatively new for Starbucks, their matcha drinks are very inconsistent from store to store. The strength of the matcha varies widely and wildly. This one, at least this server, got it right

What an AWFUL experience! 3 women being the slowest. I ordered a matcha with 5 scoops of powder. They just empty the container into the blender (NO KIDDING). I told them and they made me wait 20 minutes ! I was about to loose my fight. They didn’t want to give my money back. Awful experience. The woman with acne was so rude.

Ordered just fine, waited for about 10 minutes and got my drink. Mixed it up, took a sip, and it was horrible. I ordered an iced macchiato and I always mix up the caramel at the bottom. This was one of the most bitter coffee beverages I’ve ever tasted, no part about it was sweet, not even when not much coffee was left in the drink.

I grabbed some coffee here waiting to board a flight to Toronto.

Its a very small and cozy place for take outs as its located right across the check in area. It was super busy with a big line up.

I ordered some coffee and iced water. The coffee was really fresh and hot. It was freshly brewed and tasted nice.

The service was really good considering the location and how busy it is all thoughout the day.

There was a huge line up at the time, however, the staff was pretty professional and fast both in taking the orders and serving the line.

There was some decent wait time to get the order which was pretty reasonable for this location within the airport and across the gate.

Overall, I like the drinks and the service was professional to me.
