One of the African American lady staff working on January 9th 2024 before 11am really showed superb customer service. I asked for a cup of warm water for my kid. Even though I did not buy anything on this visit due to airport security check, she offered and helped me steam the water to the right temperature so my kid can have warm water when he is not feeling well. This employee is the type of Starbucks employee who makes me want to come back to Starbucks.
As the signage says: exceptional customer service"???? I had to greet the cashier behind a big box that was on the counter. She did not smile or even make eye contact with me during the entire transaction process. When I went to pick up my order, same issue with barista....no smile, nothing from this person either. She placed my order on counter without saying a word, I just happened to see my name on it, so I picked it up and said "have a better day". Unfortunately...
Closed at 5pm on a Sunday, contrary to their reported times of operation...same with the Starbucks outside security, as well as the one in Concourse B. I was told they all close at 1pm now
