Starbucks has had some changes in customer service lately. While some employees like Katie and Fletcher go above and beyond to help customers, others seem to lack the same friendliness and politeness. Despite this, the drive-thru experience was great, with delicious breakfast sandwiches and perfectly made coffees. The standout was Julz, who provided exceptional service with a smile and even accommodated special requests. Her friendly attitude and good work ethic truly made the day for customers. Overall, Starbucks is fortunate to have employees like Julz who prioritize customer satisfaction.
