Attempted to order from this store twice. The first time they were out of hot and iced coffee. The second time they were out of all non dairy creamers. They can’t seem to manage how much product to have available.

I waited 15 minutes for a coffee when there was no line in cafe or drive thru only for my coffee that I paid extra $$ for modifications to be made wrong. Tried calling several times and there phone was off the line.

Today we were pleasantly greeted by Keegan, his voice echoing through the monitor as it poured rain. He gathered our baked goods promptly and had a very welcoming presence. Though we couldn’t be greeted by him personally in the store, he made us feel welcome through the window. I have never had a better experience at a Starbucks. 5 stars isn’t enough to express how amazing Keegan truly is.

If Starbucks is touted as a model coffee shop, this location misses the mark. #1 featured brew I wanted not available with no explanation as to why, #2 brew I took in place if was less than hot and bitter. As a life long coffee drinker I know this means coffee in pot too long. My take-away, most customers buying sugary "coffee milk shakes" so actual coffee not a priority. Wawa has you beat for a great cup of coffee. Note, this has not been my experience at other Starbucks.

Fast and delicious! We ordered ahead on our app and the team had it ready when we got there. Couldn’t ask for anything more. They were also very attentive to me when I walked in.

Katie and Fletcher were SO AMAZING. I dropped my drink in the parking lot and was so bummed. I had went to get my nails done as I was in a rush. I went back after my nail appointment and they re-made the drink for me no charge. They went above and beyond for me and truly made my day. <3
