Cappuccino was made right and real good. But visiting this spot, I was waiting on my drink longer than I ever had with no one in front of me. The workers were talking to each other as I waited, and saw my drink was not being attended to. Then when it came, no acknowledgment to me or even a smile. Poor enthusiasm for their job is what it showed to me.

What an absolute joke!!!! I’ve never witnessed 6 employees do less with their time than I did while waiting 25 minutes for coffee that came out incorrect then waited another ten minutes for the correct coffee and the food we ordered. Don’t waste your time here. I’m sure any of the restaurants near this kiosk have coffee to go and will be much faster.

Disgusting. The place is filthy. Spilled beverages and food all over. No napkins. Barista too busy talking on the phone to make beverages. Usually Starbucks is a reliable airport stop. Not this one. Watched a worker drop tongs on the floor, pick them up and continue using.

Consistently disorganized with 2 staff members running back and forth, poor service, no management oversight, long lines and unprofessional interactions. Team needs training. Barista made good drinks, though.

Lord help us. SLOWWW service horrible never seen anything like it. My whole plane boarded in the time that it took for me to get 2 coffees I almost missed my flight they made both coffees wrong I had ordered Iced but I got hot. Also I ordered a vanilla latte and no vanilla. Then I come to leave a review and see all this terrible reviews. So this is normal for them I guess. Just do yourself a favor and don’t go here and source caffeine from anywhere else. I rarely leave reviews but this is ridiculous again like other commenters I don’t want to go back to Starbucks after that nonsense.

I am surprised with such a low guest ratings for this store. I had nothing but fast and great service.
I ordered an item from the menu and it wasn’t available so the staff replaced with other item. On top of it, they didn’t charge me for that item. That is an awesome Customer service.
This store is inside terminal C at the airport. Keep up the good work.

I placed an order around 2:25, whoever was on shift Sunday January 12th is rude. She wouldn’t give me her name but the only way I can describe her is she was younger, dark hair, pointy nose, and acne. I placed my order in the app and it said it was ready at 2:36, I walked up to the pick up and I asked if it was ready because the drink wasn’t there I wasn’t sure if someone grabbed it she said “if you’d be patient I’ll make your drink soon” I just didn’t know if someone had grabbed it, 10 more minutes go by and she’s only helping people in line so I ask again if it would be ready soon because I had to get to my gate, she said the same thing very snarky and said “if you would be patient I’ll get to you” I waited 10 more minutes at this point it has been 30 minutes and she’s making everyone’s drinks except for mine even people that ordered in app later than I did. At that point she was doing it on purpose and rude for absolutely no reason. I asked her if I needed to wait in line to get my drink she said “ma’am I’ll get to you” I said well it’s been 30 minutes why are you helping everyone but me? She said “because you aren’t priority”. I am so validly upset because I waited for 30 minutes and she was incredibly rude for no reason.

Waited in line 40 minutes from the corner around the side Very short staffed I get it’s not there fault but i had the leave empty handed at the counter because my flight was leaving. I was still waiting to order at the counter for over 5 minutes
