This is the worst Starbucks I have ever gone to. Starbucks corporate should consider sending someone to manage the place and train the employees. I ordered two drinks and two sandwiches and waited for 45 minutes standing and did not get my food. I had to start boarding and the manager said sorry all I can do is give you a refund. This location makes me want to never go back to a Starbucks because of the lack of training and professionalism. I don’t recommend to anyone!

Ashley (name she gave me) is not friendly and impatient. A different female employee was originally taking my order. I was patient reciting my order due to her not being at the register to enter it in. I was okay to repeat my order but the employees were not. I'm confident when I order because I get the same thing every time. Ashley started making the order instead and became frustrated due to her confusion. She exaggerated the whole situation by stopping to list different drinks with a sarcastic tone, then have me order again. Her motive was to demean me. At the end she tried being nice to my family to save her image. Acting like she didn't just make my family uncomfortable with her negative attitude. I've worked in the service industry for 8 years. She was rude, period. I walked up happy but left offended.

Unable to get most food items as they ran out of bags. For some odd reason they must have a bag to give you food. I got something that expired months ago (realized after eating most of it). Total insanity.
After seeing the purple/pink hair girl stick her hand down the back of her pants and then pull it back out to handle the food- I refused to order. Then I overheard her speaking to another employee about not washing her uniform. Please screen your employees better.
