Rude customer service at the drive-thru
I placed a mobile order and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. When I got to the window, the young worker with colored hair scolded me for not announcing that I had a mobile order when I pulled in — and her tone was irritated and uncalled for. I drive by this Starbucks four times a week, but after this experience I won’t be returning. There’s no excuse for treating regular customers with that kind of attitude.

Chantal helped me today and 10/10. She was so positive and happy! That's the type of person you want to get your coffee from. Put me in great mood. Would drive 30 min just to buy the coffee from her again.

I asked for the most sour thing that they had and they did awesome. It was perfect. I messed up the first time on the order cause I was reading off the ingredients of how you make it at home, but I’m just happy that I got the most sour thing ever and I’m so happy with it❤️ they were so nice

I am very disappointed with the service at this location. The drinks are consistently poorly prepared, especially the matcha lattes. I always request less milk so the drink has a stronger matcha flavor, yet they repeatedly do the opposite. The lavender foam is always mixed into the drink instead of being placed on top as shown in the promotional photos. I believe staff should take more pride in their work or allow someone who truly values the position to take their place.

Ordered a 9 dollar drink and they messed it up but I had work so I came back an hour later and they refused to fix it or make it right and the manager Paige was extremely unwelcoming and basically told me to kick rocks and laughed at me with the employee about not fixing it . I come here everyday mind you

I am a strong black coffee drinker, and this location has the strongest dark roast coffee than any other Starbucks in the area. Finally, I can have the dark roast coffee without being given Americano. Intrigued.

I ordered an iced coffee here once, and it was so clear I could’ve read a book through it. But sure, mistakes happen, right? So, like an idiot with hope, I went back for another. Guess what? Translucent again… like they brewed it with the tears of my crushed dreams. Third time’s the charm? NOPE. I’m literally writing this review through the crystal clear abyss of my latest iced coffee, wondering if it’s just purified tap water with a whisper of coffee’s ghost.

Don’t even bother asking for a remake… they’ll just pour more of this sad, watery regret into your cup with a smile that says “We gave up before you did.” And a voucher? I’ve seen them offer it to others after a bad visit… but I’ll pass, I’d rather get a coupon for a root canal. Just train the staff to make an iced coffee that doesn’t look like it belongs in a fish tank. Not for me… but for the next poor soul who stumbles into this caffeine free nightmare. I’ll give them 1 star instead of none for consistency for screwing this up every. single. time.

this was my venti cup after i picked it up. might as well have gotten a grande. why is there so much ice? i took a cupped sips and it was gone. do better. save your money and go elsewhere

This Starbucks was just what you want. I used the drive-thru and the young lady taking the order was sweet and fast. Went around to pick-up and my order was ready. The young people here are extremely polite and it makes for a good experience. And my peppermint mocha latte was excellent.
