I don’t know when a Venti caramel macchiato went down to two shots as a standard for the coffee. I just paid $20 for two coffees and when I asked for two extra shots which typically every other Starbucks I’ve ever been to in the last 20 years it’s 3 to 4 shots as their standard now I go here I order a Venti and I get two shots of espresso. It taste like water. I’m not pleased at all.

The service here is highly unacceptable. Seems like the place is understaffed & the workers on shift right now move slower than any other Starbucks I have ever been to. Half hour for a Grande Iced Coffee and a Croissant and not to mention the three people in front of me waiting about the same amount of time. Your staff is stressed out. Where is the manager? If you are going to offer Cafe, Drive-Thru, and Mobile orders then maybe consider having a staff that is capable. Never coming back here again.

Rude customer service at the drive-thru I placed a mobile order and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. When I got to the window, the young worker with colored hair scolded me for not announcing that I had a mobile order when I pulled in — and her tone was irritated and uncalled for. I drive by this Starbucks four times a week, but after this experience I won’t be returning. There’s no excuse for treating regular customers with that kind of attitude.

I dont know what it is about all the OTHER Starbucks locations!? They SUCK! This Starbucks gets it right everytime! All the others need to come to this location and get training.
I asked for the most sour thing that they had and they did awesome. It was perfect. I messed up the first time on the order cause I was reading off the ingredients of how you make it at home, but I’m just happy that I got the most sour thing ever and I’m so happy with it❤️ they were so nice

I am very disappointed with the service at this location. The drinks are consistently poorly prepared, especially the matcha lattes. I always request less milk so the drink has a stronger matcha flavor, yet they repeatedly do the opposite. The lavender foam is always mixed into the drink instead of being placed on top as shown in the promotional photos. I believe staff should take more pride in their work or allow someone who truly values the position to take their place.

Ordered a 9 dollar drink and they messed it up but I had work so I came back an hour later and they refused to fix it or make it right and the manager Paige was extremely unwelcoming and basically told me to kick rocks and laughed at me with the employee about not fixing it . I come here everyday mind you
