Staff is so rude and lack basic customer service skills. I ordered from the mobile app a coffee and croissant. When I walked in my coffee was complete but food was still pending. I always am very patient when coming to Starbucks as I understand the job can be hectic. I watched people come and go but still I was patient. The app updated and said my order was ready but still no food. Waited 10 more minutes. I walked up to the counter and was ignored. I then walked up to where you place an order and explained that my food was marked as done but had not received it. The man did not ask me for my name or anything he just said “we had a big food order it will be out to you when we can” very snooty and dismissive I might add. Another barista came and asked my name after waiting 5 minutes more and what do you know…my food was sitting there in the drive through window area THE WHOLE TIME! All he had to do was ask my name. I sat there for a total of 23 minutes. DO BETTER!

I paid 1.25 for extra cold foam and i asked the drive thru girl for more cold foam because my drink was not sweet she told me she already gave me cold foam and i started explaining they must of forgot the vanilla then because it’s not sweet at all and she closed the window in my face! So rude. It’s 80c for vanilla pumps and 1.25 for cold foam please tell me why i can’t get the drink made correctly for 6$ a drink?? No need to be rude either i was very nice

asked for less ice and they put way to little ice smh bro, next time add way more. Drink was disgusting to.
Nice spacious location with lots of seating (tables, large tables, work tables, armchairs, covered patio ) and pleasant atmosphere. We were here (on a holiday Monday afternoon) and had the place almost to ourselves.

BEST STARBUCKS IVE EVER BEEN TO. The lady who took my drive through order waited for me to taste my drink before driving off! Then I went inside to use the bathroom and it was ACTUALLY CLEAN! BRAVO!!
