Drove by at 6Am to get coffee. Order ahead was not available so I went to walk inside and the doors were locked. Decided to try the drive thru which they were also not taking orders at. There were multiple workers inside. No signs up saying there were closed for the morning. Wasted 10 minutes of my morning here.

This is a nice new Starbucks. Idael was professional and kind when helping me transfer money on my gift cards today. I can tell that Idael cares about the customers that come in because of his genuine smile. Thank you for having kind employees at your location.

Absolutely courteous, delighted to have the up most professional, proactive team at this location, walking through the front door I felt as if I were the emperor of a Roman Empire, what a way to up my spirit from it’s ghostly nature to a Casper the friendly ghost like spirit, starting with Idel, Alexis, and Sabrina! Thank you to those kind souls for serving I the Emperor of Hialeah (walking out feeling this way ) thank you guys! Marvelous night to you all !

This is by far the BEST Starbucks I have gone to. I have been coming to Starbucks since 2009 when I was in high school with my parents and I’m 30 now and have to say I have never had a better cup of coffee than I have had since coming here. The team knows my order when I walk in, they even remember MY NAME! that right there makes 100% of a difference in experience!

Staff is so rude and lack basic customer service skills. I ordered from the mobile app a coffee and croissant. When I walked in my coffee was complete but food was still pending. I always am very patient when coming to Starbucks as I understand the job can be hectic. I watched people come and go but still I was patient. The app updated and said my order was ready but still no food. Waited 10 more minutes. I walked up to the counter and was ignored. I then walked up to where you place an order and explained that my food was marked as done but had not received it. The man did not ask me for my name or anything he just said “we had a big food order it will be out to you when we can” very snooty and dismissive I might add. Another barista came and asked my name after waiting 5 minutes more and what do you know…my food was sitting there in the drive through window area THE WHOLE TIME! All he had to do was ask my name. I sat there for a total of 23 minutes. DO BETTER!

I paid 1.25 for extra cold foam and i asked the drive thru girl for more cold foam because my drink was not sweet she told me she already gave me cold foam and i started explaining they must of forgot the vanilla then because it’s not sweet at all and she closed the window in my face! So rude. It’s 80c for vanilla pumps and 1.25 for cold foam please tell me why i can’t get the drink made correctly for 6$ a drink?? No need to be rude either i was very nice
