I’ve been coming to this starbucks for years and it was always great service and great tasting coffee. The last few times i came, service was horrible and the drinks were gross. I do notice new people so hopefully they get it together :(

We went to the drive through today Sunday, Nov 2 at 9:50am. It’s 10:15 and the line since we got here hasn’t moved. If an order is taking long for the person at the window have them park and take their order to them when it’s ready. Don’t hold up the rest of the customers for one person. It’s inconsiderate to their time. Their were 10 cars ahead of us and ZERO movement. This happens all the time at this Starbucks. Idk, if chik fil a can figure out their fast food lines you guys can too.

Had a very bad experience here this morning. Gentleman who was running the drive thru was quite rude after finding out I placed a mobile order 5 minutes prior to entering the drive thru , only to make me pull forward in the line (while the drive thru was empty). Proceeded to tell me to “have a better day”. Will not be returning to this starbucks

My wife ordered me a grande and I get a talls worth of coffee? Disappointing.
I got the green tea lemonade but no one told me about asking for simple syrup. In the 5 seconds it took me to get up and get my drink, someone stole my table.

Worst Starbucks ever, most of the staff is very rude and slow prepare yourself to wait at least 30 min even when you order through the app, doesn’t make sense. Honestly this is the third time I’ve tried to have a nice experience in here but not happening apparently.

Just had the worst customer service in my life from a young lady with long dark hair, didn’t catch her name but had a horrible attitude when taking my order, got to the window and she was trying to scan my phone and hand me the drink at the same time, so I’m trying to pay and she tells me “YOU CAN GRAB YOUR FOOD” and rolls her eyes, then walks away and hands me my food, I take it, and she tells me “YOU DONT HAVE TO RUDE!” I calmly told her I’m not, then she says your card didn’t work when I checked it totally did work, I told her I would report her for the attitude and she said good I’ll report you. Someone was clearly having a bad day and took it out on me, will be contacting the store manager and more if I need, because I was having a great day with my daughter before encountering this terrible energy. Absolutely should not be working a job like this….
