This is the most ridiculous set up for a drive thru. Traffic is horrible. Staff is good but I won't go just because of the ridiculous construction

I’m on vacation with my husband & went to this location this morning for breakfast/coffee. My coffee order seemed to be taking a while & those that got there after me had their coffee already. So I nicely went to the counter & asked the girl working about my latte. She didn’t even ask what I had or apologize. She grabbed a cup, slung milk in it and it spilled down the side. She had such an attitude for something that was definitely not my fault! I worked at a Starbucks for 2 years and know this kind of service is not tolerated :)

The cafe was neat and clean, and I got to enjoy a nice conversation with a friend that I haven't seen for a while. The staff also brought us a complimentary coffee that is coming out soon and it was delicious. I can't remember the name of it, but it was green with a white topping in the middle. ☕Kid-friendliness: Customer service was great. Very friendly and courteous.

Never get it right. Tall vanilla latte SF triple. It is always like pulling teeth get to window and all wrong always. Other starbucks get it right. This location has no clue.

Do not go here in the afternoon. The afternoon shift do not care about customer service and don't care if you're order is correct. This is my favorite store I have been coming here since the old location behind the new store opened.I normally come here in the morning everything is perfect. The one star applies to the afternoon shift.

I ordered an Apple Crisp oat-milk Macchiato, and you'd think that would be clear enough, right? But no, they got it wrong not once, but TWICE! I mean, is it too much to ask for a drink that actually resembles what I ordered? I specifically asked for an APPLE CRISP Macchiato, not just any Macchiato and they put milk in it they ruined my day by putting dairy in it.
