Just left this Starbucks, they wanted to charge me all the ingredients that already come in a drink just because I wanted it hot!!! So just for them to heat up the matcha they ‘they had to bring it up like this and charge for every ingredient individually, just cause the temperature changes’ I didn’t ask for anything extra. But, no way I’m paying an extra $3 bucks because you wanna break down the matcha, because I want it hot. Run from this store, not customer friendly at all

Went there ON SUNDAY ordered 3 drinks Ty was very professional , had my order out in a timely manner, he had a line of customers yet he never lost he’s cool, he had a smile on the entire time I wish this young man well and a life full of success with that attitude he willDefinitely go places, (would make an extraordinary barista j/s). What ever he makes an hour is not enough I saw him do more by himself than other times when there’s 2/3 girls there. Did I mention the positive attitude ?
