FGCU is great. But for years it seems like this location is always running out of drinks, food and a variety of products. Not sure why they have not fixed this issue. Every day I go past noon they literally don't have anything. Not sure how they make money ?Needs to do better at planning restock of supplies.

The worst Starbucks that I have ever been to. Terrible customer service and management.The hot chocolate tastes like water. Also, I always order the drink without ice due to personal preferences. I ordered green tea with no ice at this location, and it was only filled to about 60% of the cup. I tried to talk to them, but the response was that how the recipe is. I've ordered it in different locations, and this has never happened before.

They always run out of milk and condiments. No pumpkin spice flavor at 5pm, that’s crazy! Otherwise the staff is nice. Lines are always long.

Disgusting service, disgusting boss
I’m never really someone to write reviews but this Starbucks is the worst one I’ve ever been to. They’re constantly out of everything, the lines take 25+ minutes, and they honestly just can’t make a cup of coffee in under 15 minutes. I get that there’s staffing and supply shortages but I’ve never had a good experience here tbh.

Look as a student, I am always disappointed by the lack of training and knowledge the staff have. I know sometimes coffee is hard to make especially 20 different people with different options. But when a simple order like mine gets messed up continuously it is absurd. I am not trying to make your job harder i am calling you out on doing it wrong and giving me the wrong item time and time again. I even order on the app simply to make it easier and clearer. Still get it wrong. If it wasn't for the fact that it is in the library and i need a caffeine fix i would not go.
Honestly terrible, and I don’t even mind the lines. I bought a $30 dollar cup and by the time I got home and looked at it, it had a couple paint chips so I took it back to ask for an exchange for the SAME CUP. They told me they can’t take exchanges because they already sold it and the barcode has a sharpie slash on it. Even though it was perfectly new and I didn’t have it for more than 2 hours. Told me to come back the next day to ask again.
This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been too. Customer service is lacking and mostly because the turnaround rate is so high and lack of supportive management, in my opinion: The student workers appear as though they have never worked before however, the lack of customer service is a reflection of management. Everytime i go in the area is unclean. Today the floors are disgusting in the lobby. You cannot walk without sticking to the floor. Despite placing a Grubhub order, all walkin-customer were serviced before me. I would like to say this is a one-time issue but this has happened multiple times since I started coming here which has been less than a dozen times in a year. Now, as my brewed coffee has finally arrived the manager is unaware that I had a sandwich (easily seen on order) and made an excuse that it didn’t heat all the way through even though I just watched her put it in. After waiting another few minutes, she announced the ovens need to reheat-actually, they didn’t turn on the ovens this morning.

Taimi is literally the worst food worker I have ever met. She was so rude and has her employees hit on grubhub that they’re done with orders and that they are complete when they haven’t even been started. You always have to wait 30 minutes just for one drink. She needs to be fired, I knew multiple people who used to work here and said the work environment was so toxic because of her.
So they did not have the drink I ordered in Grubhub which is okay it happens. So I got something else and I just wanted a tiny cup of skim milk because I wanted ti dilute my drink. Then they proceed to say that they had to charged me for the 4 oz of milk. Ridiculous.
They are out of their minds. They refuse to give out water cups.
Terrible place and terrible customer service. Just wanted a cup of ice and they gave attitude and said no, even when i said I’d pay for it. Who is running this place smh
The manager Tammy is rude and disrespectful. Makes the business environment hostile and uncomfortable for employees and customers. She is the reason everyone quits.
