Horrible Horrible service tonight by Yasmin. NEW TO starz? I ordered a spare me 10 " to fo. Repeated ingredients & thin crust crispy before she rang it up. She brought my box to the table I was sitting at outside. I get home to find a pepperoni, onion sausage thick crust or regular crust? I called and she had the nerve to start arguing with me about what I ordered??? I know very well what I ordered and this is not it!! I am extremely disappointed!! I would like to be compensated for this. Please have the manager contact me! I have been coming here for 7 years-i know what I order. She either needs training or to be terminated! I hire people for a career- NOTsomething to be tolerated!!

Just tried eating here for lunch. After waiting a long time to be acknowledged and finally seated, the waitress never came back to us. People that arrived after us were seated, brought water, and also placed their order. When she was doing everything else besides coming back to take our drink order, we realized she wasn’t going to serve us. Unacceptable and we won’t be returning.

I had the most unusual antipasto salad there...all chopped up tomatoes and ham and some cubes of mozzarella. I would not order again.

the food is very good but the service we had on Saturday night was horrible. First they need a hostess that cares about their customers then the waiter did get our order correct but we had to wait for the check because he was trying to get the correct check and orders to the correct tables. we went the week before and had a great waitress but you still had to get through the unfriendly waitres.

Great local Italian restaurant that our friends go to all the time, and I can definitely see why. Great food and friendly service. Really enjoyed this place and will have to eat here again before we leave. Really enjoyed the lasagna but needed just a little extra marinara to make it perfect. 1. Hostess tried to seat us and another party took our booth. Hostess did nothing.2. One in our party ordered ravioli with meat sauce but got marinara sauce.3. Dinner rolls came halfway through our meal and they were burnt.We eat here about once a month year round. I don’t think they were prepared for the early snowbird arrival.
