This used to be an excellent burger. I would drive out of my way to go to Steak 'n Shake. The quality has slipped into just another fast food place.

We went to this Steak n’ Shake & it was very quiet, clean, we only saw two workers in the kitchen and one in the dining area, his name was Charlie. He was very attentive to all customers coming in and dining. Kept the entire dining area super clean. Was on top of everything, asking if anyone needed any assistance, he’d come by & pick up finished baskets of food & throw them out for the patrons. We spoke and thanked him for his excellent customer service. He knew we’d just come from church and we conversed a bit thanking him again for his spirit of servant hood. The Word of God says to speak life… We just wanted to give praise to a great worker.

Was looking for a New England type frappe. Moving down to Florida it's been very hard to find a good one So I tried this for a shake very friendly staff and darn a damn good shake highly recommend it.

Walked in and used the self service kiosk to order. Did not have any contact with anyone. When shakes were ready, they called us to the counter. For soft drinks, cups are self service, but you need to scan your drinks receipt to get machine to work. Found this very annoying and was scanning order receipt, but not drink receipt. Food was delivered to table which which was a nice surprise. When we were done, our table was cleared as well. All in all, decent food for a fast food restaurant. Service was 4 stars not because of employees who were helpful, but for fact we used a kiosk, and had to figure out drink fountain.

FANTASTIC customer service. The gentleman in charge of the grille came twice to confirm if our order arrived just as we wanted it. He personally brought it to us too, including the drinks, even though he didn't have to! Shout out to you man! God bless you too :)
It shouldn't take over 30 minutes after ordering on their kiosks to get 3 burger meals while dining inside, then getting static from staff when inquiring to delay.

Very very small amount of meat. I ordered a combo meal. Apparently, when you order, you have to print your receipt and scan the receipt into the soda machine to actually get your drink. I was unaware as there are no signs. I asked the employee if I could get the drink that I paid for and it turned into a large argument.

My wife and I stopped here for dinner traveling to South Florida. The food was good, the store and the restrooms were clean, the staff was friendly and professional, and the milkshake was awesome.
