Ordered Teriyaki chicken on wheat bread. Bread was so hard it cut up my gums. Had to throw it out. It was stale. Truck stops usually have decent food so, don't know what happened here. I would skip it.

Employee Debbie that worked today, Friday the 16th at 7:00 pm told me I have to wait and literally made me wait fifteen minutes to take my order because she thinks it’s more important to make a DoorDash order instead of taking care of her customers in front of her. This is the first time this has ever happened to me and she made me feel like I wasn’t important at all. Her attitude was bad toward serving me. Maybe she was upset that she had to do a DoorDash order but this isn’t how your customers should be treated. I shop and eat at Subways all the time but the particular Subway will not be getting my business anytime soon.
I was waiting with my husband to order the sandwich ?. This older heavyset lady with glasses had the worst attitude. She looked at us and said the bell ?️ was right there. “”You can ring it? “” we were still deciding on what kind of bread we wanted and we weren’t even taking that long, she walk away from us and told us to ring the bell ?️ with a Ugly attitude. So we just left.

Ok so let me start by saying I pass thru Ft Myers a few times a month (trucker) I normally stop at the Loves, which is two exit up... today, I decided to stop at the Pilot just cause the people are nice. Went into Subway specifically ask the lady if you have anything vegi. "Yes, we have vegi patty" ok, she got it. Another dude came behind me. I am guessing a regular cause she knew exactly what he wanted... that's cool but hr wanted Beef and I ask for Vegi she now decided to put both vegi and beef in the same tray to be toasted together there is two toasters ovens available I get being efficient is good but lady you need to learn nutrition facts what if I accepted my vegi and I had a allergic reaction to the beef then what would be the case then? These things cause people to die from allergic reactions... I denied the sandwich and moved on . It might be the last time I stopped this place... @Subway train your people right. This could be a lawsuit... ??
