The new management is absolute garbage. They staff 1 non english speaking person to run the store during lunch rush. I stood around for a half hour waiting for an online order pickup only to find the order isn't even finished. They have made the order and let it sit on the counter for 25 minutes then have the nerve to not follow simple directions for the second sandwich. I asked for it to be toasted and I got a cold wrap that wasnt even fully wrapped.

Word to the owners: You don't know how to run a business. You had some really good employees that worked there and you fired them immediately after you took over so you could hire your friends and family.

My boyfriend ordered a BLT and got just bacon i asked him to add banana peppers and olives but there was no lettuce or tomato and I was extremely disappointed I added cheese and mayo so it was edible but this is ridiculous

Worst subway. Ordered from here ubereats. Both sandwhiches missing everything!!! Barely any meat and most of the veggies arent even added!! LOOK AT THIS!!

Really seriously a 12" tuna sub for $10 that is ridiculous done with subway forever, very sad and walmart should be ashamed to have them in there store!

I ordered a sub from this location yesterday, 9/8/24, at 14:34. I was greeted by three very friendly employees whose names I cannot recall. Therefore, I am providing the date and time so the owner can compliment them for their excellent service. They were neatly dressed in their Subway-branded T-shirts and presented themselves well, which I believe deserves recognition. They wore sanitary gloves and handled the food as trained, which is a refreshing change for this location. My sub was fresh and tasty, and I look forward to returning whenever I visit that Walmart location in the future. Keep up the great work. Thank you!

Ordered a sub for takeout which was the Titan Turkey and it came with less turkey than a regular turkey sub. Also asked for lettuce and it was not even on the sub. When retrieving the sub from the store, the gentleman working there mispronounced my name and didn’t believe it was mine because he couldn’t say the name. I showed him the order but it still didn’t seem that he believed me. Very disappointed

Been going to this Subway once a week for over a year. Service is usually decent and the restaurant is usually fairly clean for the amount of foot traffic that have. However this one has been bought out by new owners and in just a few short weeks it has gone south to say the least. The dingy looking lettuce and ice build up, is direct reflection in failing to properly clean and rotate product. You're lucky to get eye contact, let alone a single word. Customer service is clearly not the focus, not to mention the lady was building my wrap like a burger, placing product in a square to the edges rather than in a form of a wrap. They basically slapped my wrap together like a grilled cheese and cut it. I said hey "the way you wrapped it, when I go to get it out, it's gonna fall apart" She just smiled and continued putting in a bag. I turned to the other young lady and said "hey, do you understand what I'm saying about the wrap?"Same results, looked like a dear caught in the head lights. Clearly she has no clue what I was saying whatsoever, let alone be able to accommodate a customer's basic request. Recipe for disaster to be honest. They want your hard earned money but can't even provide the most basic customer support. Would it harm you to at least smile and act like your trying? Apparently so, avoid this place and save your wallet the trouble.
