None of the surrounding Subways participate in the deals. I would have to drive over 30 minutes away to find one that is. I think I'm done paying too much money.
Outrageously bad Subway. Worst Subway I have ever been to. To say they skimp on servings is an understatement, pictured is their interpretation of a Veggie delight with Bacon on Italian herb and cheese. I have never seen a subway automatically give light servings of veggies on subs much less a VEGGIE SUB! No bacon, wrong bread. Hung up on me for 15 minutes and then finally refused to help. Never again…don’t get duped. I gave them 3 chances, this is just the culture within this establishment.
Awful communication, like none, zero.
Customer service is pedestrian and disrespectful at best.
And to top it all off they are slow, probably from meticulously skimping each and every item applied.
CAUTION—avoid this place. They are too busy to help you.

First time I’ve been to this location and had a horrible experience. They were very skimpy barely put any vegetables on the sandwich, and when I asked for more all the employees kept looking at each other. Like, is she serious? Type of way. They could barely understand my requests, and none of the vegetables were even fresh. They were all at the bottom of the Container.I felt like I was being rushed while they were making my sandwich, and after I was checked out, all of the employees went in the back and started saying I can’t believe she kept asking for more of this or that. I used to manage a subway for many years and I would never do this to a customer. You can clearly see that the owner is a very cheap person. I wouldn’t even bother coming here.

If I could give zero stars, I would you want to be judged for everything then by all means come eat here just ordering my food she said oh I’m glad my manager is not here to see how many XYNZ I’m giving you. Meanwhile I’m staring at the four pickles on my sandwich. She made rude comments about my weight and would not even look me in the eye absolutely so disrespectful and when I told her it shouldn’t be an issue for her to make the sandwich as I want as that’s the reason that you go to SUBWAY® to be able to add the veggies you would like to your own sandwich , some people just shouldn’t be in customer service and it’s very clear that she’s in capable of keeping her thoughts to herself. She’s very rude. Her words are hateful and I will never come here and in fact, I would’ve left my lunch there and not even paid for it if she would have said the wait comments to me prior to me paying. Never again.

First of all, I would like to say that I am a pretty frequent and loyal customer who comes in to the store about 3 to four times a week after I pick up my children from cricket practice, school, water, aerobics, running errands, etc. so I’m typically not dressed “my best” (sweatpants and a T-shirt) when I come in however I am decently maintained and well groomed, but the dirty looks and physically gagging motions I received from one of the workers (marry I believe) towards my presence in the store was ABSOLUTELY UNCALLED FOR and just down right rude and nasty!! Never in my life have I faced such disrespect, Marry then proceeded to verbally complain about my appearance to me and the other customers while embarrassing me to be there. Not a minute later marry proceeded to YELL at the poor young man who was cleaning the tables at the time to “come finish her meal” and that she “couldn’t handle looking at this” (implying my appearance). Thankfully the blond curly haired young man was able to finish such a “burden” of an order that marry stated it was, with great customer service and knowledge about the products. NEVER again will I purchase a sub from this restaurant if marry is present working!! I do hope this issue can be resolved as her customer service skills are severely lacking.
Very inconsistent with their sauces. Last time, I went they barely put any sauce on so this time asked for extra to get a normal account of sauce. Sandwich was drenched in sauce. Everything else was fine but I don't think I really want to come back to this location.
Well where do I start, Customer service had me as these young fellas say nowadays “tweaking”, As soon as I entered the Store I was greeted by a Mean bad energy person whose name I believe was (Margy) anyways she asked what I wanted on my sub and proceeded to give me the worst attitude I have ever seen from this subway and she also proceeded to get my order wrong multiple times, She Then proceeded to ask me random questions not relating to my huge footlong, Like “Why your forehead so big” and The horrible one which and I quote “You just lost a customer for your gardening company Jose” Ps, my name isn’t even Jose. Anyways thankfully there was this nice good looking young man with a very nice hairline and he was able to assist me and provide me amazing customer service bless his young soul. Anyways I will not return to this subway again until Margret is gone and if she doesn’t leave the subway family within the next 2 weeks then I’ll just TAKE HER OUT. Like my good pal Ersi says “It’s On Sight”
I go to this store all the time because I work right across the street. I went in today and said hi to the lady named Mary. She completely ignored me and I go to the counter. She said how many are you doing today as NASTY as she could. Then I tried to explain what I needed and she threw her hands up and told the young boy to finish because she was confused. I was completely shocked because I was trying to be really nice about it. I have NEVER been treated like that in my whole life. Thank goodness for the young boy who knew exactly what I was saying. Mary acted very unprofessionally and had extremely horrible customer service. I guess I will be going to another restaurant from now on.
