Walked in didn’t get greeted I had coupons about to expire and handed the people in front of me a coupon the guy working yelled at me and said I couldn’t use my coupon I had all for giving the customer a coupon about to expire that I wasn’t using ! We proceeded to the checkout and he made us feel awful for using a coupon and told us he is loosing money! I asked if he was the owner and he said no but he made us feel horrible all for using a coupon !!! He said they loose money I told him in an economy like this coupons will bring more people to make money! Why the hell was he so concerned about us using a valid coupon he made us feel like we were doing something horribly wrong! Just for that they lost my business I will go up the street where we don’t feel like we are doing a crime for having coupons ! Worst customer service

At this location this is what you’ll have to deal with, some uncooked or day old bread, when you ask for new bread (because the one they’re trying to give you is old) they’ll try to up charge you, or just argue, that seems to be the owners standard here just argue. I know a lot has changed since the time I worked at a subway, but I was never told the best way to treat all customers is by being very rude to them. Subway to me has always been known for freshly made bread (daily) not whatever we don’t sell the day before well just pass it along the next day , why not the customers don’t get to pick it , they won’t know until they bite into it , at this location you’ll get super thin slices of veggies almost transparent so we can make money on barely giving the customers any on their sandwiches, with rising food costs you’re not getting a sandwich at this location you get nothing but air , truly the best diet out there , you almost have to beg them to make a sandwich the way you want it and even then prepare yourself for an argument, better off going next door to Publix and have a real sandwich made for the money, no one can say you’ll regret it that’s for sure , I think he subway corporate office need to go in and do a secret shopper type of situation there, I have to label this subway location the worst of all in Fort Myers

Debbie was probably the rudest person I’ve ever met. She kept yelling at me because cause I told her an Italian with just cheese and she just put cheese on bread in which I told her never mind the whole time she was being nasty towards me. I’ve never experienced such a nasty person.

We ordered two subs and they were not very good. We requested them to be toasted and they were barely toasted. There was more cheese on the subs then there was meat. They did not have white bread so we had to have it on another type of bread.The only reason we wanted to order from Subway is because we saw the commercial that the meat was sliced fresh but this was not the case. There was a meat slicer on the counter, but it looked as though it had never been used. If we would’ve known that, we would have gone to Publix to get our subs.

I have never had a bad experience with Subway until the day of 4/14/21. I got a Turkey sub with spinach, tomatoes, and banana peppers, (including condiments). The veggies were not fresh, and the bread was stale. I called the store and spoke with the person who was in charge, and I explained to her that the sandwich was not good, and I got very sick from it while I was at work. The lady is charge then told me that she has never had any customer complain of the experience I just had, she told me not to blame it on the sandwich, that it was probably just me. She told me she gets a lot of customers and nobody ever returns their food or even calls to ask for a refund. She was very rude and I got upset with her. I didn't even attempt to go in there with my receipt, because she had me so mad. I paid $9.85 for a foot long that I didn't get to enjoy. Someone then connected me via email the same day, and I explained my experience, and they never got back to me. I will never go to that subway ever again.
Great place, delicious food but staff was lazy.
First time at this subway. Customer service was great. But They were very skimpy with the meat. I ordered a blt but i couldn't find the bacon. The bread and all veggies were fresh but would have liked more then a slice of bacon on my sandwich.
The main dude always know my order and gets it to me pretty fast.
Not sure if specific to this store and they have been great in the past. I ordered online for the first time and my order was not as desired. I attempted to complete the survey but the meal was ready when I arrived and I did not get a receipt which meant I had no store number and could not complete survey. Will definitely not order online (site is not user friendly anyway) again. Not guarantee you will get what you want.
