On two occasions they have told me that the bread toaster is broken and I think it is a strategy to not work as much as it did 3 weeks ago and they have not repaired it. I don't think we are in the USA. I think they are adopting the same form of macdonalds as when you order ice cream. They tell you the machine is broken so you can't use it.

Two people were working making sandwiches both black women. The one taking orders was very rude to this customer who didn’t know English and I’m guessing they speak creole. The lady taking the orders got fed up bc she couldn’t understand the customer and said to her coworker “I’m done with her” and stopped making her sandwich which was a number 1 I’m guessing. The customer left bc she knew the worker was giving her attitude. She then said “what time is it? 2 p.m couldn’t come faster” guessing that’s the time she clocks out. Overall it was very unprofessional and idk if it was her first job in customer service but she needed to be patient. The whole atmosphere was so thick you just wanted to get your order done and leave which is what I did, never going here again. This happened Wednesday 18, October 2024.

Just sent my neighbor and son to purchase 2 footlong sandwiches and they were charged $30 even though it's publicly advertised that all footlong subs are $6.99 as of August 29th. One order had extra meat ($3) resulted.in $19. The request was also for the subs to be toasted. It wasn't. I called the store and the man who answered said he didn't know what happened and there was no manager at the store but I could go to the store in the morning. He said he didn't know what happened yet he knew that there was extra meat on one order. To justify the scam on the receipt my order showed 6" even though it was a footlong. Not sure if because these were 2 dark skinned individuals why the person tried to pull a stunt.
This is my regular Subway and this is the first time I have ever had shabby service which brings a twinge of discrimination. This needs to be made public and will ensure it gets on every platform including their corporate office.

Mayne don't have employees talking mad junk on the phone while I'm trying get some food no gloves resturant was disgusting there was poop all over the sink in the bathroom genuinely nasty ima be calling corporate cuz that's insane ??

I order ahead for my lunch break and the app will say my sub is ready but it’s actually not ready when I get there. What’s the point of ordering online if you still have to wait? Why is there only one employee working during lunchtime??!!

Subs are way too overpriced. Only way it makes sense is with coupons.

Vegetarian options: Most toppings are veg

Dietary restrictions: They handle pork with the same hands. Should have special utensils to handle pork products.

I arrived at 8:30 to work early, I wanted a breakfast sandwich from Subway, the sign in the door says they will open at 9:30 am, so I left and returned at 10 am to be told she is not taking an orders “she has 20 other sandwiches to make@ I can come back at 10:30. Ok I get it so I did my online breakfast order, went to pick it up at the time stated.
I returned to my job to a bite of the sandwich to find it was ice cold, I retuned to Subway and told the young lady that it’s ice cold , no response from her, she started making another one.
Another time I went for a Sandwich and the had no mayonnaise! I asked the young girl about the aïoli sauce ? She didn’t know what was in it!
No customer service at this Subway !

Usually subway at this location is very clean and well stocked but today it was very dirty..tomatoes in the lettuce tray..food all over the counter and all half or below being full..please get back to your excellence..

Apparently they’re open but won’t take orders until 2:00 because they committed to a huge order but didn’t plan for it accordingly. Not only that but most times the staff is incredibly rude and the facility is not clean.

I ordered a footling flat bread chicken bacon ranch, shredded cheese toasted. green pepper and cukes. Sauce on the side. When I got home to eat the sandwich, there was chicken on only half of the sandwich . The male employee had no hair covering, and kept shaking the hair out of his face. He also stroked his beard, all while wearing the gloves to make my sandwich. I stood in the store and yelled hello into the back to get his attention along with the other 2 customers that were there. One walked out after watching him flip his hair out of his face. I wish I would have also . Grossed me out ...
