Horrible service. Lady at counter refused to make any sandwiches for 15 min when they opened already. She was rude and had an attitude. Will not come back.

Showed up at 6 pm (closing time 7 pm). After paid for food and tipped, was told that the dinning room was closed. We were not allowed to eat on the premises. Wanted a foot long cookie, but was told they were out. At 6 pm, the attendant wanted to close at 630 pm, and not 7pm. She was not helpful, but grumpy. I could not order anything other than a SANDWICH! So much for not supporting their advertizements.!

Attempted to place an in store order on June 26th 8:30 pm as I had earlier in the evening tried using the mobile app which did not accept a coupon code (already sent a generic complaint to Customer Service).
The store was empty including no sign of the employee. Waited and waited...knocked on the counter and even shouted out that someone was in the store.
Only conclusion is the sole employee had to step away for a call or emergency bathroom break. I get it, really I do as I have worked in food services before. The proper ans most customer service centric thing that should have been done was to place a sign on the door or counter saying "will be back in a few minutes " or something else appropriate.
Waiting that long not to be acknowledged is unacceptable and I walked out and placed an order at the nearby Chinese Restaurant.
Extremely unhappy with the mobile app issue and lack of customer service at the store.
Need to consider going back or visiting the location at the other Publix location at University Crossing.

I went with my husband on 4/26/24 at 8:03pm. The place was empty and the lady had a horrible attitude, making faces, throwing things and saying she didn't understand what I was asking. I was about to leave the food and leave. People like these should not be working directly with the client, if you don't like your job, it's better to leave it very racist!!!

Great food tastes good and great serversBut they go so light on toppings and meat portions. If im paying 14 dollars for a sub I should get a subs worth of chicken etc.

This was the worst. I asked for a veggie sub. He wanted to give me bowl as a salad. I asked for multigrain I get white bread. Then he started just grabbing meat and putting it on. I told him no meat. He did not speak English I guess. So he finally just put veggies. I asked for more veggies. This is what I got. AS you guessed I could not eat this slop. 2 other girls standing in the corner just talking. I would think one of them might have stepped in to help him understand. But they didn't
Service is terrible. Yikes. Avoid this one - there are lots of Subways. Go to one of those.

I was on vacation and wanted something fast and easy tried to order online at 8:25pm and couldn’t. If I could leave no stars I would! Worse customer service I’ve received….the scanner didn’t work for the rewards neither. Sad!!! Need better employees!!!

Service was horrible. I politely asked the team member to toast my sandwich a bit longer.she purposely burnt my sandwich . I told the gentleman that was finishing putting the vegetables on my sandwich it was brunt . He completed ignored me and the manager at the register told me $11.48 for my meal that wasn’t even finished. I was so embarrassed . I pay for my meal and left. Never again will this place get my hard earned money.
