I order yesterday through the subway app, the closing crew from 10/12/2025. Didn’t followed instructions give, literally got a cheese steak with no cheese, not even toasted either. My sub was cold as well. What a waste of money.
9 months ago was very good and everything was working fine but now I went to purchase a whole family dinner because my family came down to visit and i was going to spend $80 but the toaster broke so now I'm about to go to the other one to spend $80
While my sandwich was being made I noticed a black spot on the bread and the lady tried to scratch it off so I asked her to get me a new one and to change her gloves. She did and when I went to eat my sandwich I noticed another black spot expect this time the spot had been picked at. Wether it was mold or just dirty it was baked into the bread. Disgusting. And then when I brought it up for a refund she told me she’d have to call the manager but I had to wait until she finished the guys order mind you there was TWO ladies. The one could’ve finished his sandwich and the other could’ve called. My battery died which is why we went into subway in the first place. We did not have time to wait for a refund. And my concern for the food was dismissed.

It’s not like it’s the best place on Earth, it IS just a SubWay after all, but this place is pretty good. I think what stands out the most is the employees, they give great service.
I would recommend it, but… It is just a SubWay at the end of the day.

No ones here it’s about 8am. There’s one female worker setting up the ice tea machine. Which is fine I wasn’t sure what I wanted just yet.I ask for a sandwich and when she asks what kind of cheese I ask for mozzarella. She tells me that there isn’t any available. Only American, provolone, and pepper jack. But I see the shredded cheddar cheese and I also see these white small cut squares. On the glass you look through it says they have this brand name mozzarella. So seeing white squares and this advertising saying they have a brand name mozzarella I ask the female worker is this mozzarella as I point to it. She says yes that is. But I didn’t tell you about it because it’s 2 dollars extra.I’m not sure why she assumes no one wants to buy mozzarella because it’s 2 dollars extra. I mean wouldn’t you want to sell your product instead of talking people out of buying it? I didn’t say anything and just wanted to eat.Once I pay for the food I decide to sit and eat there. She immediately turns on a video on her phone which you can hear throughout from across the store. Then some guy walks in carrying some things and he stares at me as he walks in and walks by and drops off some things at the counter and turns around and walks out.A strange vibe from that one.Customer service is lacking here. But you can only blame that on management.

Two very unpleasant employees, rude, annoyed with their work. Uncomfortable with the orders, two prickly pear combo sandwiches, the place was empty and they looked like two dogs fighting. Sorry I love susway but I won't go back. All time at the phone . Unprofessional service.
The food was edible but had a strong smoke taste , this was a couple months ago , have not been back might be better now but
