If I could put 0 star I would The guy serving there is racist, and he have a bad attitude and does know how to talk to people. We were on the line waiting to order and when he get to us. He said that he’s close. And the person that was behind us he still serve her. This man does not deserve to work here. Get somebody else that knows how to treat customers.

You know how infuriating it is to go from the 7th floor of the hospital all the way down to the subway only to find it CLOSED when the hours says it should still be open?? Why are you closed before 7pm??

Side note, where are the meatballs? every time I go to order the meatball sub he’s out of meatballs.

Tries to force you to order foods that he wants to sell. My first time ordering from there, I tried to order the meatball sub. He told me he didn’t have any and to order something else, even though he made a meatball sub for the customer in front of me and still had his container of meatballs sitting on the counter… I attempted to order from there again several months later….(should have known better) I asked for a foot long pizza dipper.. he said they ran out, I asked for the pretzel, he said “NO SNACKS!” “you can only get subs or wraps.” I asked for a pizza, since the person in front of me just ordered one, in which he claimed he didn’t have any..(surprise)???

The owner is always rude and acts like he hates his job! He treats his customers like he doesn't depend on us to keep his business going! I work in gulf coast medical center where he is located and only come here when I'm desperate! Desperate or dying from hunger... I swear he will never get another penny from me. Too RUDE!!

Very Cheap when it comes to putting actual Meat on the Sub! He literally only put 4 thin pieces of turkey on it. Guy was rude as hell!

The one on Bayshore Road in N.Ft. Myers , had a bad health dept inspection. Will not go back again after reading the inspection report
Great rolls but never enough meat or cheese in the subs and till ya double the meat and cheese your paying more then a firehouse sub so it ain't worth it
