i order on uber eats and i tried to cancel my order and they won’t answer there phones smh crazy work

placed an order online, they used Doordash for Delivery. Ordered was listed as completed, but never received the order. I am not sure why they have a phone number at the store phone can ring for hours and no one answer it.

Wonderful two gentleman waited on me for my order. As busy as the store was, they were curious and friendly!

I ordered the #7 Mexicali and got charged $16.64 for a combo. I asked why they charged me $2 for guacamole and she said “thats how it rang up”. Just to confirm I tried to order online and it’s not even available online. Aside from the cardboard advertisement in-store. I found a Facebook post advertisement about it two years ago.

This is the 2nd time now I have gotten an uber eats order here and it’s WRONG like I asked for the ghost pepper bread and instead of letting me know they don’t shave to they slap the boring artisan Italian bread in my beast sandwich. Then instead of just telling me they don’t have the peppermint cookie they give me the other one and I didn’t want that. No communication to the driver, no refunds, yall suck
Never had an issue coming to this establishment, however today I came in... The energy isn't always exciting anyway I tried using my card and mind you I'd just used my card at a different location. The employee tells me that it's my card... They need to upgrade the tap machine most people don't feel comfortable using their actual cards to swipe. Get better "technology" as she, the employee put it saying that it's the new technology. Something subway doesn't have apparently. I've never had an issue with the worker either, I guess it's just one of those days "Monday"! SUBWAY UPGRADE YOUR SYSTEMS!

Made me wait for 30 minutes for my delivery order to be done, they messed up 2 sandwiches (including heating up my tuna sandwich, ruining it) and forgot my cheese sauce for my side kick. Then, they lied saying that they handed my redelivery to the delivery person, when the delivery company said they were refused by these guys. The delivery company attempted to call them twice, but was ignored.
I've also went into the place previously and it's often not the cleanest and looks worn down.
I'd strongly recommend not going here.

Store closes before its end time. I showed up at 7:50 only for cookies and was denied entry.
Subs tasted fresh & delicious. Staff was awesome, the girl who took my order was friendly & has an bubbly personality.
Parking: Tons of parking I was surprised.
Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome.
