Wasted my time going to this place presented a coupon from completing a survey was told I couldn’t use a coupon at store only on the website, But the lady let me show her how to use the code it rang up free cookie and it printed a receipt $0.00 due She then called her manager not to get help putting in coupon code but to talk about me and then hang up and tell me come back tomorrow?!? Poorly trained and very unprofessional and I regret tipping good and doing good surveys for them it’s zero stars for me for the whole embarrassment and it wasn’t even about the cookie anymore cleary it was about the fact she was wrong ?

I will NEVER go back to that place again fowler street and Dragan plaza Subway is the BEST Thank ? you staff keep up the Great work..??????
Terrible experience, served my sub wrong put a TON of jalapeños on it when I asked for none. My wife threw up because of how bad it was. And I came and asked an exchange or refund and he refused. I asked to speak to a manager and he said they weren’t there. Don’t go to this location please.

The guy there today is no good I ask him for no peppers he gave me a foot long line of jalapenos peppers it was so ? hot I was not able to eat it I ask him if he can exchange it for me he said no with a attitude I told him I'll buy another one which I did no jalapenos this time bro I think he is drunk or something bad service

Usually I have had great experiences here until lately.Since the blond headed girl has left and they have the tall Hispanic guy there at night it has went to hell.They are supposed to close at 8pm however tonight at approximately 7:51 pm I arrived and the guy had the door locked and was cleaning already and 2 more customers pulled up as I did and he waved us away..Subway needs to hire people who want to work at this location because it was clear that guy hates his job that he closes 20 minutes before time…that’s a huge NO TY FOR ME

Normally I wouldn't eat at Subway and I remember why. Maybe it was just my stomach from a previous place I ate at couple days ago but I wasn't feeling very well. I don't blame Subway but maybe it was the onions

My husband goes to this Subway frequently on his work lunch break. When I join him all the staff know his regular order. It is nice to have that neighborhood feel.The staff is very friendly and efficient.The restaurant is always clean.
